Belle aire de repos au bord de la route pour camper la nuit. Aucun panneau suggérant des nuitées n'est interdit. Une belle rivière à gauche de l'aire de repos à 30 secondes de marche entourée de nature et de paysages pittoresques, endroit idéal pour se détendre la nuit. Un panneau à côté de la rivière suggère que le kayak est approprié si l'eau est suffisamment haute.
Lovely lay-by beside road to camp overnight. No signs suggesting overnight stays are prohibited. A lovely river to the left of the lay-by 30 second walk away surrounded by nature and picturesque scenery, perfect spot to relax at night. Sign beside river suggests kayaking is appropriate if water is high enough.
Schöner Rastplatz neben der Straße zum Campen über Nacht. Keine Schilder, die auf Übernachtungen hinweisen, sind verboten. Ein schöner Fluss links von der Raststätte, 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt, umgeben von Natur und malerischer Landschaft, perfekter Ort zum Entspannen in der Nacht. Schild neben dem Fluss weist darauf hin, dass Kajakfahren angebracht ist, wenn das Wasser hoch genug ist.
Bonita zona de descanso en la carretera para acampar durante la noche. No se prohíbe ninguna señal que sugiera pernoctaciones. Un hermoso río a la izquierda del área de descanso 30 segundos de caminata rodeado de naturaleza y paisajes pintorescos, gran lugar para relajarse por la noche. Un letrero junto al río sugiere que el kayak es apropiado si el agua está lo suficientemente alta.

What a beautiful stop!!! Perfect for people with dogs :). We had a lovely little walk and the dogs could cool off. It was covered in blue bells and looked stunning. Lay-by is quite big so plenty of space and there’s a walk across the road as well :). Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful spot on the moors. Bit of a bumpy landscape as to be expected. Peaceful and great view of the stars at night. No services obviously but not far from a little town for rubbish disposal etc.
Nicer spot immediately opposite in the entrance to nature reserve. No signage about parking. Very peaceful and can hear the river flowing which is nice. As I was over the road was not disturbed by the burger van as others have mentioned. Very fast 4/5g on EE
Parked here for a day and overnight. There is a static burger van. He set up at about 5am but, I had earplugs and heard nothing. My wife heard him and got back to sleep. There is a river (river wye). Had an evening next to the river. Tranquil. Not bothered by the traffic on a Saturday night. We had this lay-by to ourselves. Perfect
Slept surprisingly well. Not a pretty spot, but there was no other vehicles parked and it made for a relaxing evening. 6am wake up call, which is fine.
An OK parkup, but not separated from the road so traffic was always there. Not too busy overnight, so didn't keep us awake. We shared the layby with a lorry last night. As others have said, the cafe generator started at 6am. The river is just through the trees and is lovely
Picturesque looking down upon the river however it’s right on a main road with cars passing until quite late and starting quite early. There’s also a snack van in this lay-by now which starts it’s generator at around 5am. If you’re a good sleeper or need a stop for the night this is a great spot - very dark at night too!
Not for me but if you need the rest it will definitely do, next to a main road and I'd say the photo is a tad misleading arrived at 11pm decided to look for a more suitable spot
