water has a slow stream and doesn't taste either good or bad. parking is awkward closest spots on parking lot are for invalid or motorcycles. so to get close you either needed to fill up with Jerrycans and walk, or have a long hose. alternatively you can park a little illegally and get closer. I asked municipal police and they didn't mind as long as you didn't stay for longer then refilling.
