Sunday morning 8:30 and the traffic wardens are giving out tickets if you haven't already paid for day parking. Easy to miss if you've stayed overnight.
Stationnement payant et affichage. Premier parking à gauche pour les vans avant barrière avec restrictions de hauteur à cet endroit. Café à proximité, toilettes près de l'aire de jeux et promenades sur la plage, ainsi qu'une douche extérieure et de grandes poubelles. BBQ autorisé sur la plage seulement. Superbes balades sur la plage avec vue sur le phare et les hauts plateaux lointains. Beaucoup de bois flotté, coquillages et algues à forger dans la mer/plage à proximité
Paid parking and display. First parking on the left for vans before barrier with height restrictions at this location. Nearby cafe, restrooms near the playground and beach walks, as well as an outdoor shower and large bins. BBQ allowed on the beach only. Superb walks on the beach with a view of the lighthouse and the distant highlands. Lots of driftwood, shells and seaweed to forge in the nearby sea / beach
Kostenpflichtiges Parken und Ausstellen. Erster Parkplatz links für Wohnmobile und Campervans. PKW-Platz nebenan mit Höhenbeschränkung. Café in der Nähe, Toiletten in der Nähe des Spielplatzes und der Strandspaziergänge sowie eine Außendusche und große Mülleimer. BBQ nur am Strand erlaubt. Herrliche Strandspaziergänge mit Blick auf den Leuchtturm und das ferne Hochland. Viel Treibholz, Muscheln und Algen zum Schmieden im nahegelegenen Meer/Strand

JohnSuperNova21/09/2025Till 18.30 pm you pay £3. To Ringo or the Meter by card. Then you pay £10 (and it has to be after 18.30) to a different Ringo Code 21010, this covers you from 22.00 to 8.00am. If you stay longer it is another £3 to the Ringo Code on the side of the machine. This covers you for the rest of the day. Overnights restriction to 1 night. Toilets are excellent, there is a disabled toilet.

Only stayed for the day and felt the £10 for the night without facilities was a bit expensive but there is a water tap a short walk away. Really beautiful beach!
Blysshelm12/08/2025Très calme entre 22h et 7h du matin. Des voitures commencent à arriver tôt. 10£ pour avoir des toilettes fermées la nuit me semble plutôt excessif, mais pas le choix car il y a très peu de spots dans les environs.

Stayed last night. 3 parking bays for campers/motorhomes. Pay £10 at kiosk or via app. Gorgeous beach where locals often camp on dunes. Good toilets, but closed at night. Wish there were more spots.

fantastic location. very short walk to the beach and clean facilities. Ticket lady came round d at 8:30 am. one night only.

Great location. Toilets clean/ outside showers powerful if cold- good for after sea swim and a few days without a hair wash if you can handle the brain freeze!! Also a tap which was useful for filing up water containers! Great flat green spaces for kids to play football and awesome play park in the forest!
kohlekumpel19/05/2024Sehr ebener Sandplatz, aber nur 3 Plätze für overnight. Wir kamen sonntags um 11 Uhr an und kurz darauf war schon der Parkwächter da, um die Tickets zu checken. Sehr saubere öffentliche Toiletten (April-September bis 20 Uhr, in allen anderen Monaten nur bis 16 Uhr). Toller Strand!

Non-bookable motorhome space with room for up to 3 of any size. 1 night stay only, £10 payable via Ringo, hardstanding on red shale. No facilities so must be self-sufficient, a lovely spot a short walk from the beach. Quiet all night. We were refused permission for fresh water at the adjacent club site (even though we offered to pay!) but found it at the Esso garage 1.5 miles east in N Berwick.

Parking now allowed 10pm -8am for motorhomes only in bays provided (there are 3). £10 for overnight stay . Pay at machine or via Ringo. Well done East Lothian Council!
alker17/05/2023no parking 10pm to 6am pity as this used to be a great place for an over night the car park is usually empty by 7pm till 9am next day UPDATE YOU CAN NOW PARK HERE £10 CHARGE OVERNIGHT
