A quiet place to spend the night in the parking lot of Cortewalle castle. There is only one official place where you can stay for 72 hours. But there is room for more. No facilities, just a small bin. Center of Beveren with all shops within walking distance. The castle is a starting point for the fun 10000 steps walk. The bicycle motorway F4, the Waasland and the city of Antwerp can also be cycled.
Ein ruhiger Ort, um die Nacht auf dem Parkplatz der Burg Cortewalle zu verbringen. Es gibt nur einen offiziellen Ort, an dem Sie 72 Stunden bleiben können. Aber es gibt Platz für mehr. Geen voorzieningen, enkel een kleine vuilbak. Centrum van Beveren met alle winkels op wandelafstand. Het kasteel is een vertrekpunt voor de leuke 10000 stappen wandeling. Ook de fietssnelweg F4, het Waasland en stad Antwerpen zijn fietsbaar.

Fijne rustige plek. Wandelmogelijkheden, supermarkten in de buurt, loopafstand dorp. 10km fietsen naar antwerpen. Wel geen faciliteiten aanwezig. Dit zou wel echt zen meerwaarde zijn. Beetje verder is het abc camperpark, ik ben mijn water in mogen gaan lozen. Uhu
As per main description. We stayed one night. Quiet until the cockerel started at 0600! Easy flat walk into town in about 10 mins. Couple of bars. Clean. Note. If your arrive at the castle beer garden after 5pm, you will not be served a drink without also having a meal from the restaurant. Good detour for a stop over.
Guter Platz für eine Übernachtung. Parkplatz ist groß genug und an einigen Plätzen ziemlich hell durch Straßenlaternen. Im Schlosspark nebenan ein Sommerbiergarten bis 22.00 Uhr.
Ohne Dienstleistung, trotzdem ein guter Ort, um zu übernachten und auszuspannen: +ruhiger, asphaltierter Stellplatz +Platz für Markise +angrenzender Schlosspark +Biergarten in 5 Min. zu erreichen +Stadt und Supermarkt in beiden Richtungen fußläufig zu erreichen Nichts Negatives Danke für diesen kostenlosen, sauberen Platz.

Very nice place for one night. It seems only one place for campers, but I think more could stay, there is plenty of room. Town is nearby, walking in the castle grounds is lovely. Thank you to the town

Het is een fijne plek om één nacht te verblijven. Overdag kan het druk zijn op de parkeerplaats vanwege de wandelroutes en het bezoek aan het kasteel, maar 's avonds is het iets rustiger. De parkeerplaats is 's avonds goed verlicht. Je kunt te voet naar de stad en er zijn volop mogelijkheden om in de omgeving te wandelen.
Très bon parking gratuit pour passer la nuit. Le château et son parc sont magnifiques ! Cependant nous n'avons pas eu de chance le samedi soir il y avait une grosse fête non loin qui était un peu bruyante...

Nice quiet location.A beautiful chateau and cafe across the road. 4 big bays for motorhomes and a further 20 big enough for a camper van. Shops are close and petrol station/cafe 2 mins walk away. Great cycle access to Ghent or Antwerp.. only 40 mins for the latter, which is handy with the blanket low emission zone covering the city.. Follow the F4 signs for both.
Spent a really quiet night here. Perfect for catching the train into the city. Visitors to the restaurant across te road use the car park too so it can get very busy.
Quiet parking lot near Kasteel Cortewalle. No facilities, but there is a gas station nearby with opening hours 05:00-22:00. Legal parking for RV's up to 72 hours. We hebben hier een heel mooie en rustige nacht doorgebracht. Heel lekker eten in het Koetshuis vlakbij. En volop mooie wandelingen.
