Stealth spot at the bottom of a beautiful hike up Woolstonbury Hill. No signs anywhere. Peaceful spot, lots of cyclists going by. Very narrow Lane (with passing places) but ample room for a medium van to park.
Stealth-Spot am Ende einer wunderschönen Wanderung auf den Woolstonbury Hill. Keine Anzeichen irgendwo. Ruhiger Ort, viele Radfahrer fahren vorbei. Sehr enge Gasse (mit vorbeifahrenden Plätzen), aber ausreichend Platz für einen mittelgroßen Van zum Parken.
Lugar sigiloso en la base de una hermosa caminata a Woolstonbury Hill. No hay señales en ninguna parte. Lugar tranquilo, pasan muchos ciclistas. Pista muy estrecha (con lugares de paso) pero amplio espacio para que se estacione una camioneta promedio.

The road coming from the east really is tight. My van fit but I can imagine nothing wider would pass through. The road coming from the north is a bit wider and has a few more places where you can avoid oncoming traffic, so if you’re in a wider rig, I’d recommend coming via the northern route.
Maybe i’m just not used to the tight English country roads but this was just crazy. Felt safe though. A few cars, cyclists and runners went past in the night and morning.
* Great spot that fits around 4-6 cars * very quiet, away from motorways & trafic noise * fantastic hike through a little forest on a way to the top of the Wolstonbury Hill (stunning sunrise views) * a few dog walkers, horse riders & runners in the morning * private homes nearby * space is a bit tight, so might not be suitable for bigger vehicles
Great spot, down a very quiet lane. A few cars with walkers in the morning. Next to a vineyard with lovely wine and a walk up a hill with a great view.
Excellent spot, easy to park in the evening. Old lay-by and no one seems to mind the odd night overnight. Vineyard next door selling wine sat-Sunday. Parking harder in day but quite after dog walkers. Van-motorhome
Nice lay bay on a small one countryside road. . Occasionally cars and cyclists passing by.
beautiful spot with plenty of space for small van. Beside vineyard with shop open 11-5 on weekends. Other cars were parked there but left by sunset. Walkers and cyclists were friendly and no one seemed to mind us.
