Great little place to stop. Car camped here and spent the night. Tight to get into but there was a large sprinter van so its possible. Beautiful views in the morning, great hike and went and found the sheep who were lovely!
Joli petit endroit. Attention - des 3 spots sur cette route - si votre véhicule est un camping-car plus long vous ne pourrez pas devenir celui-ci. Beaucoup de place pour tourner au prochain au sommet de la colline.

Be warned - of the 3 spots on this road - if your vehicle is a longer motorhome you will not be able to turn into this one. Plenty of turning room at the next one at the top of the hill.

_jammin02/11/2025very nice view in the morning! turned up around midnight to a very tight entrance no problem for the caddy but would be a struggle in a bigger vehicle, few people in and out but overall great spot!

Great little spot with a view.. Some people early evening but left... Great view to wake up to... Few walkers after 9am.. Nice walk in the woods.. Sheep in there, so close the gates... Small vans due to barriers as per photos...

A pretty spot but the locals think so too!! Lots of cars turned up after dark into the late hours with windows open playing VERY loud music, I use the term music lightly. I’m sure it could be heard in Brighton!!

The entrance is very narrow !! Don’t go if you have classic mobile home/rv, you won’t get through it. Ducato can just go through if you fold your mirrors and take your time (photo is not doing it justice for perspective reasons) (fiat ducato L3H2) doable ! Tip if going out the parking we advise driving backwards, much better to manoeuvre

Barriers are no problem for a little connect, though It’ll be a mission for a larger van. Sunset was stunning, and there’s plenty of room, it does get busy but quietens down later on the evening.

Nice spot with great views. Big issue is the bollards on the way in. I have a SWB VW and that was fine although I watched a Sprinter who got in ok but then had a lot of trouble getting out so be aware.

amazing views over the downs viewable from the carpark (unlike the spot 2miles up the hill) but if you have a large motor home you won't be able to get in due to 90 degree turn bollards , though I did see a large Merc sprinter in the car park anything larger you'll want beeding hill car park 2 miles north but the views are restricted by bushes, some noise from nearby duel carriageway,

Lovely spot with great views. Only us and 1 other van past around 9pm - no noise or litter unlike other reviews. Narrow width barrier means this is only suitable for smaller campers.

une belle vue mais pas mal de déchets et un parking très fréquenté par des jeunes fêtards... nous avons dû bouger en soirée pour trouver un autre lieu pour la nuit

Une vue magnifique, des départs de ballades. Quelques promeneurs fréquentent ce site. Quelques déchets merci de ne rien laisser.

très joli spot malheureusement assez fréquenté le soir jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, bruit de moto, et jeunes fêtards. Si vous cherchez la tranquilité ce n'est peut-être pas l'idéal
