Grand parking de ville gratuit la nuit, payant à partir de 9h00 et jusqu'à 19h00. tranquille, on y est resté 2 nuits, les 23 et 24 septembre, peu de camping car. Tous les commerces sont à 5 min à pied.
Nous nous sommes garés ici pour visiter la ville. Venir tôt car peu d’emplacement assez grand pour un camping car. Bien rester dans les lignes police qui tourne très régulièrement.
Stayed in this car park in the port town. last Friday and Saturday night. Almost deserted each night apart from 7 or 8 other motorhomes which gave good security. Supposed to pay daytime between 9am and 6pm but the machines wouldn't take cash or card. No hassle. Good public toilet facilities. Nice restaurants nearby. Next to Sword Beach, the most eastern of the five D-Day beaches.
Unfortunately, despite its convenient location, this parking area is clearly frequented by some unsavoury characters. We were woken up at 4.30 a.m. by some thieves trying to gain entry via the doors and windows. We were the only motorhome there and they thought to take advantage of that fact. Not recommended.
Stayed the night after arriving at 10pm Portsmouth/caen ferry. 5 mins from the dock seems strange way to go if u follow the sat nav but it’s correct. Felt really safe lots of vans all nationalities, toilets were closed the ones on the beach 5 mins walk were open at 8 am . Worth a walk on the beach b4 you leave it was lovely .

Un peu de bruit le soir mais gratuit de 19h-9h , aucun soucis de la nuit agréablement surprise bien dormi pourtant j était avec ma fille il y a d autre camping cars ou vans , après le matin réveiller de bonne heure par les personne au alentours.
Only arrived at 23:00 straight off the ferry. Great if you need asleep. It was very busy due to the fair until midnight. Free from 19:00 to 09:00. Felt very safe but a bit noisy. Fitted my 6m van into a parking space

Gratuit de 19:00 à 9:00, mais 6€80 de 9:00 à 15:00. Bien placé, entre la rue animée (restaurants et glaciers) et la plage. Fête foraine en août de 11:00 à 23:00. Wc dans le parc enfant à côté.
arrivé à 20h00, 20h02 personnes suspectes qui rôdent autour des Camping-car. intervention de plusieurs campicaristes, l'un d'eux est menacé par des migrans. 20h05 départ.
be very careful parking here. prevented a break in on another motorhone within an hour of parking here in broad daylight.
Free from 19:00 - 09:00 daily, no height barrier, no overnight stopping restrictions. We stayed here because the Aire was full and we had an early ferry to catch, it was ok. Very close to town - restaurants, bars, etc - there was loud dance music playing on the seafront opposite which stopped at 23:30 (Saturday night) then car park emptied out but still noisy till 2am. Did the job. No trouble.

We will not be sleeping near the ferry port again. Door handles tried twice in 30 mins here, that was after we caught someone breaking into our van in the Carrefour carpark. We moved over to motorhome place to make it obvious we were a camper (our van looks like a normal white van from the outside) but still had an awful night sleep and heard a motorhome owner chasing someone away at 6am.
parking très commode pour visiter la ville et les musée mais comme d'habitude il y en a qui abusé en prenant 4 places pour être à l'aise. après il ne faudra pas se plaindre quand la mairie interdira le CC
Have stayed here a few times before getting the early ferry. No problems until today. We were woken at 4:30 by two people trying the locks on the van. Such a shame. We won’t be staying again.
Merci à la ville de penser aux camping-caristes.Endroit calme et accueillant et gratuit pour cette période de la saison.Près du musée,casino,port de pêche pour achat de poissons,ville.,et la Mer.
je confirme la gratuité à partir du 1 er octobre actuellement 5 octobre, 10h .. plutôt calme et certain on passait la nuit sur place apparemment bien situé pour le tour de la ville et la plage voir les car ferry à pied

Parking bien pratique pour visiter la ville, paiement à l'heure donc pas très cher. A ne pas manquer le musée n.4 Commando à 100 mètres face au casino, Enfin 1 musée fait par ceux qui l'ont fait, c'est émouvant, poignant et la personne à l'accueil nous raconte plein d'histoires passionnantes.
Ótimo Parking para visitar a cidade e perto do Gran Bunker, genial . Estive aqui 01/08/23 , e tinha bastante lugar para AC. Paga-se por tempo, paguei € 3,00 ( +/- 2 hs )

Segunda vez que me quedo a dormir, la primera para embarcar en el ferry y la segunda por volver. Es genial, no ruidoso, gratis en invierno, y gratis de 19:00 a 9:00 en los otros meses. Si te quieres quedar 24h son 35€.

Ottimo parcheggio, vicino poche centinaia di metri dal bunker, abbiamo dormito benissimo. Gratis dal 1 ottobre al 31 marzo.
Parking gratuit en cette période mais très très bruyant ! Des personnes qui écoutent la musique très fort et jouent au ballon à minuit... Sans oublier l'hélicoptère qui tourne une bonne partie de la nuit. Nous ne reviendrons pas pour une nuitée. Par contre idéalement placé pour visiter le centre ville !

Parking payant de 9h à 19h. On es resté dormir une nuit sans problème. Mais attention à ceux qui déballe leur auvent et table. Ce parking ne restera pas longtemps sans limite de hauteur sinon.

Whilst charging commences 01 April, you can overnight by buying a parking ticket that takes you upto 7pm. After this time, and until 9am, there is no charge.

parking très bien par contre il ne faut pas que le camping-car dépasse 6 mètres 50 au risque de dépasser sinon centre-ville juste à côté et la plage
