Une simple halte près du poste de police - mais sûre et calme. Un autre camping-car ici pendant mon séjour. Arrivé à 19h30 et parti à 9h30. Pas d'installations. Bon signal. Bien dormi et pas dérangé.
A simple lay-by near the police station - but safe and quiet. One other motor home here when I stayed. Arrived 7.30pm and left 9.30am. No facilities. Good signal. Slept well and not disturbed.
Eine einfache Raststätte in der Nähe der Polizeistation - aber sicher und ruhig. Ein anderes Wohnmobil hier, als ich hier war. Kam um 19.30 Uhr an und verließ 9.30 Uhr. Keine Einrichtungen. Gutes Signal. Gut geschlafen und nicht gestört.

There are VERY clear signs at both entrances/exists which say No Overnight Camping/Caravans. So it would be foolish to ignore these IMO! That said, we parked here free for most of the day and it was an easy 15/20 minute walk into the town and on to the pier. Quite a nice, typical British seaside resort.

A long lay-by with a Litter bin, passing traffic is not a problem, no-one bothered us at all, lidl and the co-op is close by. we would definitely stay again.
Great stop. large layby and shops are just down the road , Lidl McDonald's etc. There is a sign saying no overnight stay but no fine attached. second sign is for £1000 litter and tipping . If you park first part of layby by police station then you get street lighting part of the night. Def use again.
Simple layby and noisy road from early morning. No camping or caravans sign only at exit?? although no problems from patrolling police car - another fake sign?
