This might be my new favourite campsite. Very much back to nature so it won't suit anyone looking for tarmacked pitches, ehu or lots of facilities. It will suit anyone looking for peace, beautiful views, lovely relaxed hosts and a little loo shed.

  • 5/5

amazing place our 2nd time here and will definitely be back

  • 5/5

Stayed here in my camper 14th/15th August 2025. Arrived 8.30pm so drove on and parked up on level 2. Lovely lady came round in the morning to take payment. Second night found the perfect spot on level 3. It's absolutely beautiful up there, watched a stunning sunset. Thank you to couple in their caravan for sharing some carbonara with me it was delicious. Loved my time here and will be back.

Amazing site, beautiful views / surroundings As basic as it gets but absolutely stunning Very friendly / helpful hosts and will defo be back Always worth visiting the shop and the animals on the way out

  • 5/5

    beautiful place and lovely people

  • 5/5

Amazing wild and basic campsite - loved it! The views of surrounding hills are stunning as are the hills this campsite is set on. £10 a night per person. Very windy and quite exposed in places but well worth staying at. Will be back.

  • 5/5

fantastic site definitely would recommend and very friendly owners

  • 5/5

Excellent wild camp site with stunning views of the beautiful Welsh landscape. Very much ‘off grid’ so no drinking water taps but there are composting toilets and a chemical toilet emptying facility. The wind can be savage here, so be careful with awnings and tents! We will definitely be back in the summer!

  • 5/5

We stayed for 1 night and would highly recommend a stay, we will be back! The site is huge and finding a spot to yourself is extremely easy. The staff are extremely helpful and the diner serves great food, add some great views into the mix and what’s not to like.

We LOVED this camp! The most perfect spot with amazing views! Lots of merch in the little shop/check in, we had to buy a sticker for our van! Our 1 year old loved the little park and the donkeys! The toilet was a compost toilet so if you’re comfortable with that then this is a lovely perfect camp!

Our stay was nice. The views were also very lovely. But… for £10 a person I don’t think it’s worth it. The track is awful and single file we had problems getting both in and out. The money they make from the camping they could use to improve the track. I was quite let down after hearing such amazing reviews about the place. It might be the time of year so may try in summertime again to compare

Until you've been to this place you can't describe it to anyone. Firstly Stephen is amazing and will help anyone anytime. We've just had 3 days and 2 nights there and it's was amazing. The sunrises and sunets are out of this world (weather permitting). We will be back at some point probably New Year's Eve and see what it's like at party time. But for a quiet break it's stunning.

Just stayed at Cocos and loved it. Lovely staff and views here. It was fairly windly so need to ensure everything is tied down well and dog friendly as well.

  • 5/5

Just home from an overnight at this lovely site. Great views, plenty of space, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Ideal for self-contained motorhome stays. Will be back soon!

  • 4/5

A fantastic wild camping site with amazing if exposed in windy weather views. Friendly owner always on hand to help

  • 5/5

Fantastic camping farm , composting loos, spacious, if the top fields are open beautiful views. All other campers respectful farmer and family very friendly, we will be back ! Kick back enjoy the views and the countryside!

  • 4/5

Once you enter the site KEEP DRIVING. The best pitches are way at the end of the site on a high promontory. There aren’t any signs so we only worked this out AFTER we’d parked up! There aren’t many flat spots considering how large the site is and every pitch is grass. The views are spectacular! Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.

We stayed here for a wet and windy February night, and loved it! We couldn’t stay for longer that time, so, I’m currently planning our return this summer. Views are out of this world, sheep are very inquisitive and friendly. There are nice briars dotted about the place for off ground fires. Highly recommended

  • 5/5

Donkeys and views… what more do you want. Only compost toilets here (no showers) but the views and acres of camping make up for it.

  • 5/5

Amazing place, huge fields an mountains , can have private camping .

  • 5/5

Reasonably priced, stunning views, amazing walks, friendly campsite .. it doesn’t get much better than Coco’s. I highly recommend a stay here. It was just as beautiful as in the pictures. It’s an immensely enormous site as well so I suspect they’re never at capacity

  • 5/5

Great place amazing views and owners are very helpful and friendly I will be back soon

  • 5/5

A really beautiful location in Wales. The sheep were a lovely background sound throughout. I will definitely stay here again.

  • 5/5

This is the best place I have ever stayed the night in the van. Just wow.

  • 5/5

    stayed overnight and loved it

  • 5/5

Wonderful massive wild site, very hospitable hosts will deliver wood and a brazier to you. Even had kids on a quad selling ice cream. The sunsets were amazing. Didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back.

  • 5/5

Amazing campsite up on the ridge. water and compost toilets (plus chemical disposal) dotted around. I will definitely return, hopefully with less clouds so we can see the sunset. has many more places than listed above, it's a number of huge fields.

  • 5/5

Absolutely perfect. Great views, very remote, friendly farmer. Toilets on each field. It’s wild and it’s wonderful.

  • 5/5

Outstanding location and awesome views, Firepits, logs and water available on site. Book via Facebook page. Highly recommend a visit. Excellent 4G signal on the hilltop.

  • 5/5

Amazing views. As ‘wild’ as wild camping gets. Site on about 4 or 5 levels as it’s built into the hills. Very spacious. You really need to be self contained but there is a toilet and non-drinking water. No EHU. Good phone signal on EE on the top level where I stayed. This is a working farm so there was a few sheep in the fields.

  • 5/5

Excellent location with great views friendly staff and plenty of room , firepits available on site with wood . will be coming back here for sure ! cant comment on the toilets as ive got my own

  • 5/5

Fantastic views and lots of space to spread out and keep away from people. Fire pits + bag of wood £5, ice cream comes round to your pitch too. Compost toilets which are clean and cleaned regularly and cassette emptying, there is water available but it’s not drinking water. £10 per person per night and during 2021 school summer holidays children stay free!

  • 5/5

    Nice place good owner's.

  • 5/5

Unlike any other site. Panoramic views, friendly helpful farmer. Roller coaster ride to drive to the end of the 1.5 km ridge! but easy access to most places. Love it here

  • 5/5

Perfect stay, will definitely be coming back.

  • 5/5

The most amazing place I have ever stayed in the UK. Views to die for and a very helpful farmer and his family

  • 5/5

What an amazing place the farmer is very friendly hire a fire pit if u haven't got one everything you need even ice creams for sale. Views are stunning. You have to drive up some grassbanks and bit off road our 7m motorhome made it ok well worth making it to the top we did get stuck once but the farmer towed us out no probs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

  • 5/5
