Jolie vue. Terrain plat mais juste au bord de l'axe routier principal bien que peu de passage la nuit. En revanche les véhicules sont garés en enfilade. Peu intime comme spot...

Gut für eine Mittagspause, schöne Aussicht. Für die wäre es uns zu nahe an der stark befahrenen Straße.

We loved this little stop on our way to Oban. In a layby next to a road, so there was SOME noise from traffic, but nothing that disturbed us. Right next to Loch Linnhe, a lovely view, could see herons, and a nice quiet walk to the Castle (follow the cycle path). Large council bin to leave any rubbish, no other facilities.

Unless you’re deaf or wear good ear plugs do not stop here. View nice, but at night the noise from the road is bad. Quietens down around 11.00pm but starts up again 4.00am with large noisy lorries.

It was my first time staying next to a busy road like this. Fortunately this very large, two lane layby is separated from the road by dividers. It is a stones throw from a beautiful loch. Sunset was lovely. This is a popular place and even on a Sunday night there were several other motorhomes and a caravan here. Also popular for trucks to rest.

Back again. A grand picturesque lay-by. No doubt too close to the road but never bothers us. A good walk along a cycle path to see the castle.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See Loch Lynnhe, eher 20 Plätze direkt am Wasser. Außerhalb der Saison wenig Verkehr. Für 1 Nacht ohne Service super, z.B. auf dem Weg nach Skye.

Cracking over nighter right next to Loch, no services just bin, lovely views over Loch, defo come back, lev nowt behind

used as a late night stop after ferry from mull travelling to Loch ness . arrived in dark ,quite night .. you do get a lot of night haulage lorries but didn't bother us . woke up to fantastic views, our dog was straight into the water in morning. Good space , level and clean ..

Väldigt trevligt att hitta en fin plats utan skylt ''No overnight parking''!! stannade tidigare än vi tänkt bara därför! Papperskorgar finns men inget annat Utsikten över Loch Linnhe och Shuna Island, med segelbåtar och kanoter, är hänförande. Vägen är inte mer än 10 meter bort, så visst vägljud finns, men sov gott ändå.

Great spot with great views of the loch. Just off main road but noise not too bad. Had a good sleep. Woke up to lovely sunshine. Several bins but large bin at end locked.

A great little spot at the water. Very quiet through the night but does get busy in the morning with walkers/cyclists and people going kayaking.

Great little stop. Nothing here but close to Oban. Not much signal but good views. Plenty of parking. Road busy during the day - nothing at night. Lay-by off the road so safe.

Nice convenient stop. Great views and bins to get rid of rubbish and recycling. I had phone signal and 4g on EE.

Big lay-by. Beautiful view overlooking Loch Linnhe and Shuna island. No BT or O2 phone signal here. We saw a red squirrel and hooded crows. Earplugs recommended if sleeping before 10.30pm.

Great spot for stopping for a few hours rest. No phone signal tho.

An excellent spot with a lovely view, especially at sunset. A quite busy road but was pretty quiet overnight so slept well.

Lay-by just off a fast main road. Virtually no traffic During night but got busier about 6.30am. Ok for quick stopover. Quite a few vans here last night. Similar to original pic. Waterside sunset was nice bonus.
