A good place to stay, and you get what you expect from these club sites. Loads of facilities, well kept and spotlessly clean. Certainly not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. And convenient for both Middlesbrough and Stockton. Surprisingly quiet once things calm down for the night. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Es empfiehlt sich Mitglied im „Caravan and Motorhome Club“ zu sein,Preis sonst höher. Sanitäranlagen sehr sauber. Alles vorhanden, keine Lokalität. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ASDA Supermarkt) fussläufig erreichbar (10min).
It is a registered brand site so if you aren’t a member it can be expensive and they are quite a regimented brand. We stayed there for 5 nights when we first bought our motorhome to give time to get used to it. If you want great facilities and are prepared to pay for it it’s a good location located close to Teesside Park retail park but not a site for those wanting to have a “unique” experience!
