Had the intention of parking and cycling some of the via verde, however the area is very run down with lots of rubbish and graffiti. We didn’t stay.
Ancienne gare de Madrigalejo. Endroit calme avec balançoires, fontaine et à 3 km de la ville où il y a tous les services. L'ancienne voie ferrée est maintenant une belle voie verte.
Madrigalejo old train station. Quiet place with swings, a fountain and 3 km from the town where there are all services. The old train track is now a beautiful greenway.
Madrigalejo alter Bahnhof. Ruhiger Ort mit Schaukeln, einem Brunnen und 3 km von der Stadt entfernt, wo es alle Dienstleistungen gibt. Die alte Bahnstrecke ist jetzt ein wunderschöner Greenway.
Antigua estación de tren de Madrigalejo. Sitio tranquilo con columpios, una fuente y a 3 km del pueblo donde hay todos los servicios. La antigua vía del tren ahora es una preciosa vía verde.

parkmolly07/04/2024Spent a quiet Saturday night here in April. There were a few groups of families etc during day, but they left around 9pm. Great for cycling on Via Verde/Camino. We cycled 12km to the next disused station which had a great stork community. There are bins, and toilets but they were locked. Maybe in the summer months they’re open?
rvanvugt28/11/2021Nice and relatively quiet spot to spend a night or 2. Unfortunately, it became very crowded on Sunday, with farmers, biker's, hunters and a flock of sheep, which made me leave this spot after only one night. Nevertheless a good spot, especially if you want to hike or ride the almost 60km long Via Verde. Garbage bins around, please use them!

Good parking if you want to do a part of the via verde from here. It is 27km until the end in Logrosán.
