Lovely little spot with great view for sunset watching , very muddy path to the beach depending on time of year but lovely walk around the dunes and rivers. Campsite pretty local so does get busy in peak times of day but overall easy stay - no overnight camping but national trust members and we were respectful and left not trace , no harm or bothered for a night
I really can't understand why anyone would stay, when it specifies 'no overnight camping'. We are all, surely trying to create the right impression. Flagrant abuse of the rules is the exact opposite of the right impression. We left straight away, and found somewhere more appropriate.
now there are signs and notices prohibiting no overnight parking,sad. :(
A no go. you get chased off by campsite owner. postcode leads you onto private farm lane owned by campsite owner!. signs say no overnight parking.
Cracking spot. We did however have a local arrive to walk his dog at 7am in the morning saying he had taken our registrations and reported us to the National Trust and Police with a £95 fine coming our way. He also mentioned a 76 year old local woman had spray painted vans previously at this site.
