Im giving a 1 star to alert people to this location. stayed here on a Saturday evening and between 4 and 12pm someone broke the driver window. nothing was taken, probably because the alarm went off. It does look quite peaceful but backs onto Armley which is a high crime area. The location could be peaceful, but there is obviously going issues with crime.⁷
not a bad place ,we were only there for a few hours over night, but definitely does the job , well lit in the right areas, noise for a Saturday late night not bad, only us there, we were there 1am -7 am , lovely canal with swans by the side too. Big pot holes atcthe entrance be careful
Was a nice spot although it was still heavily trafficked after 11.30pm on the main road it’s next to but nothing serious. I probably assumed wrongly from reviews that it would be quieter. Would stay again for another night if in the area now aware of expectations. Bumpy as you enter.
Nice easy spot near canal fitted my RV no problem free plenty of space and quiet after 11pm x

Nice spot, quiet overnight. Great short walk up the canal to Kirkstall Nature reserve
stayed here Saturday night we was the only campervan here. close to the road with taxis going past every few minutes. but we was far enough away from the road not to be disturbed by them. early next day very popular with people on push bikes going up and down the canal.. we would definitely stay again.
Not bad little place next to canal n road, can be bizy in evening did go quite after 11. Entrance is abit rough. gets busy early as well.
Nice sheltered spot to overnight. road and rail noise from about 6.30am to get you a nice early start, 5 minutes walk to a big supermarket which opens at 7am. A few pubs within walking distance too. Nice walks along the canal towpath.
Nice little spot to stay for overnight. They was also a coffee boat on the canal.
Nice spot. stayed last night and it was packed with cars. still packed with cars in morning but didn't appear to be any overnighters. Significant amount of noise from road but that doesn't bother me.
It’s really lovely place, very quite and nice, Parked our Motorhome and spent one night on the way to Scotland. No restrictions on parking.
