quiet spot for night. Free overnight stay. Next to kings pub. Called in for food and a pint. very welcoming and food was very good.

Had a great one night stop over, very quiet.4 pubs to choose from. We are in a 6m camper and just fitted into a space

Stayed overnight 8/4/24, it’s says no charges applied between 6pm and 8am so free but we paid £6 for 24 hours, which is increasing to £7:40 from the end of April, as we feel it’s worth it. We had food at the Kings Head which we would recommend but there plenty of alternatives. Toilets close automatically at 6pm and reopen at 6am and are clean.

stopped here in the top corner last night, quiet car park in a lovely village, access to toilets all night, more suitable for smaller vans.

Stopped here on a blustery Thursday night. Sheltered spot and not too uneven. Lovely little town to stop in on the way to the coast.

Nice quiet car park in the town centre, everything you need in the town from pubs, takeaways, Spar, Co-op. Toilets appear to be on winter hours, 0800-16.00. Only a couple of totally level spots but not too much of a slope.

Amazon little find. £6 for 24 hours. We parked right in top corner out of the way. Was nobody else in the car park on the nite. The food and the people in the Kings head, which is just next door where fantastic. Toilets closed about 9pm and opened next morning about 8am. Immaculate

only van here, lovely evening went for a walk, couple of pints & fish & chips from the Lemon Tree..... delicious defo recommended not slept yet but can't see it being a problem, there are a few cars driving about but nothing major. Good nights sleep, nobody else here & toilets open 8ish if you want to use them, clean & had loo roll. got cheap diesel at Sticklands too on way out of village.

Brilliant find, most of the car park is on a slight slope with a few flat spots. Toilets available, closed when we returned from our walk at 6pm. No signs saying no overnight, police parked up and said hello to us so assume no problem! £6 for 24 hours. The Kings Head pub is next to the car park and it was some of the best pub food I’ve ever had and excellent service. Nice walks around from village

Good location but only for a small camper taking one parking space

Not the best view, however everything you need for an overnight stop off. Toilets within the car park open very early, shops and cafes nearby. We were a bit confused about the cost of a simple overnight stay but paid £6 to be sure.

Stayed one night 17/7/21. had a drink in each of the 4 pubs... all were great, had a nice curry from the Indian and breakfast the following morning in the cafe.

Ideal parking £6 for day/night .

Nice quiet Village good place to sleep for the night no complications

Brilliant. Nice and quiet, and very close to local shops etc. Toilets are only open during the day however. I recommend the local Chinese, the food is perfect.

We stayed Sunday 6/10/19 with no problems. All 4 pubs are dog friendly and as well as the Chinese which is very good, there is also a curry house and pizza place, what’s not to like!
