Beautiful view to wake up to, very quiet!! Only the bin man came by. Don't put in the postcode it'll send you to the wrong road, follow directions to Ettleton cemetery! The drive up to the car park is a bit rough so not suitable for larger vans but other than that an ideal spot for the night.
I spent night here after a day mountain biking at Newcastleton. Very quiet with great views. Very slight slope on the area but with no other vans/cars plenty room to find best spot. Right next to cemetery but only 1 other vehicle visited as this looks like it is no longer in use. Public walkway is overgrown so also looks like this is disused. Access is quite steep and narrow.

Good internet on EE, intermittent on O2, nice view, a small bin next to the cemetery, quiet and away from the road, what more could you want?!
Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely views. We only saw maybe 3 other people in the 2-3 nights we stayed here. Nobody bothered us. Good signal on EE. Little signal on 3. Only bad thing was TONS of midges. We couldn’t have the doors open without being swarmed. A waste bin nearby the cemetery but nothing else around.
Perfect. Very quiet. Lovely morning view.
