stunning views, not busy, saw some deer on a nearby mountain
Une simple place de parking, au bord de la (petite) route, avec une poubelle et assez grande pour un à trois gros véhicules (camping-cars ou camionettes). Quelques points de vue, mais surtout, au tout début des 15 minutes de marche, par un sentier boueux longeant la rivière Borgie jusqu'à la magnifique plage de Torrisdale. Assez éloigné dans l'ensemble.
A simple parking space, at the edge of the (small) road, with a dustbin and large enough for one to three large vehicles (motorhomes or vans). A few viewpoints, but most importantly, at the very beginning of the 15 minute walk, via a muddy path along the Borgie River to the beautiful beach of Torrisdale. Quite remote overall.
Ein einfacher Stellplatz, am Rande der (kleinen) Straße, mit Mülltonne und groß genug für ein bis drei große Fahrzeuge (Wohnmobile oder Transporter). Ein paar Aussichtspunkte, aber am wichtigsten, gleich zu Beginn des 15-minütigen Spaziergangs über einen schlammigen Pfad entlang des Borgie River zum wunderschönen Strand von Torrisdale. Insgesamt recht abgelegen.

Hi this is a great park up. Just one thing a local guy just asked us to move to the other side of the road because the side we were parked on was a public amenity and a few old people from the village had been put off using it when vans were parked there.I thought that was fair enough so we moved over Probably a good idea to park on the left as you come in,it might save you some agro.

bit isolated a d arrived at night. initially went to the one in the harbour but that looked rough so put us off this one abit. however no issues at all and lo Ely views in the morning.no facilities close by

lovely place!! Best place to stay yet on my trip so quiet, locals smiled as going passed beautiful sun rise, quiet lane. Two sides to park.

Excellent little stopover. Space for 2/3 motorhomes/campervans on either side of quiet lane. Bin for litter. Flat. We were the only ones parked up. Footpath to nearby beach.
lesepicurieux.eu26/03/2024Le cadre est super beau, et la petite randonnée est très agréable (un peu boueuse en ce moment). Le parking de bord de route est acceptable, petit et presque plat. La route d'accès étroite est accessible pour tous. Calme, passages de quelques voitures en journée.

very quiet and peaceful, three other motorhomes there when we arrived but we were the only ones overnight. Great walk along the river to a fantastic beach

Great spot! Was busier than we’d hoped though, and someone drove through beeping at 7pm, but there we go. The beach is lovely though, and the river walk to it is magical!
