Parking ouvert disponible pour rester jour et nuit. Seulement 60p par heure de 10h et gratuit de 21h à 10h. Le bus pour Whitstable ne coûtait que 2 £ aller-retour - ferait également une belle promenade à pied ou à vélo le long du front de mer. Juste à côté de la route principale mais j'ai passé une nuit tranquille. Les places sont petites mais nous étions les seuls dans le parking pendant la nuit.
Open car park available to stay day and night. Just 60p per hour from 10am and free from 9pm-10am. Bus into Whitstable was only £2 return - would also make a nice walk or bike ride along the seafront. Just off main road but had an undisturbed night. Spaces are small however we were the only ones in the carpark overnight.
Offener Parkplatz für Tag und Nacht. Nur 1,80 Pfund pro Tag von 9-16h. Dazwischen scheint es kostenlos zu sein. Der Bus nach Whitstable kostete nur 2 Pfund Hin- und Rückfahrt - würde auch einen schönen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour entlang der Strandpromenade machen. Direkt an der Hauptstraße, aber wir hatten eine ungestörte Nacht. Die Plätze sind klein, aber wir waren über Nacht die einzigen auf dem Parkplatz.

I just wanted to put on here we stay often. But today I was told by a parking attendant. Park in the bays not at the back where some motorhomes have been staying under the trees. Even if your bum sticks out in a bay you are all good. It's free from 4 in the afternoon till 10 the next morning. And free from October till end of march all day. Just make sure you are in a marked bay.
Fairly quiet on a night. 25 min walk to Whitstable harbour area. Cheap parking but RingGo app only , no machines. Free after 4pm until 10am
Good quiet stopover, only facility here is a bin. Its FREE at moment too which is a bonus. Pub & shop nearby. POOR signal for tv/phones

Great place to stay. The road is a bit busy, but the parking cost is only 3.40£ for a whole day, so we’re not complaining. The Ringo app worked perfectly fine. We spent two nights here.
Parked here on two separate nights whilst in the area,car park charges apply between 10am to 4pm but we pulled in after 9 then gone by 8:30.Some road noise but other than that a great spot and ideal to then spend the day parked on Marine Parade next to the sea.
Free from 4pm, a few coaches at night. Toilets are a short walk away. a downside is the school run in the morning, be prepared to be woken up around 8am. update: unfortunately there are two new regular van dwellers, do not park near the black high top van. They parked up close by me, bashed my van at 5am, i was half asleep, i moved on, they seem to think they own a certain space.
No problem parking our motorhome here. Arrived at 9am and paid £5 for 24 hours using the app which I have set up for our motorhome. Also spoke to a couple of enforcement officers who confirmed overnight here is fine.
Not able to pay for Motorhomes via Ringo. No longer suitable.
No longer Motorhome friendly, when you long on to pay app it says your vehicle is not suitable for this parking location, disappointed as looked good, so on the search for somewhere else now
Stayed here in our motorhome for 2 nights. Designated spaces are not long enough & coach spaces were in use during the day but we managed to find plenty of room in a corner alongside the last designated space. Great locations only a street away from the lovely beach. Cost was £3 for 24hours.
1 Nacht gratis doorgebracht. Drukke straat is ‘s nachts rustig. Om de hoek is op 50 meter de zee. Daar mogen van 18.30-8.30 geen motorhomes, maar daarna wel. Parkeer daar (voor je ochtendduik) gratis om 8.30 want het stroomt snel vol met dagjesmensen.
Parked here during the day for £3 in a coach bay having spoken to Stacey in Parking Dept who checked with her manager David who has confirmed it’s ok to park a Motorhome in a coach bay and pay for the coach bay. The numbers on the car park machine don’t work so you can’t enter the numbers from your reg so I wrote mine on the ticket. Stacey instructed me to email so that I don’t get fined for parking in the wrong place, it all worked out fine during the day, did not stay overnight.
There is no height barrier here. Access is from Tankerton Road with no height barrier at all and is used for coach parking during the day as well.
