Spectacular views. Sites are hard gravel and grass. Dog run at the end & honesty(£1) washing machine in the kitchen.One shower/toilet combo for M & F and 2 portaloos. The shower is a 10 second push button,the water was hot. The bathroom was cold but that is expected in winter.John is great for a chat on the area. £24 for 2 adults with EHU, not sure if there was a charge included for the dog.
Man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht und es gibt ein paar Tiere. Es ist ruhig, man kann eine kurze Wanderung zum Cheesewring machen. Eigentlich nur für CCC-Mitglieder, aber weil es noch Platz gab, durften wir doch dort schlafen. 25£ für 3 Personen, VW T5 ohne Strom. Der Gastgeber John ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.
Top Campingplatz mit genialem Ausblick. Absolut ruhig und genau der richtige Platz zum runterkommen. Sehr freundlichen Empfang von John. Der Gemüsegarten ist klasse und es kann eingekauft werden. Ein Platz den man sich merken kann.
Very nice site with Great views. Stone circles and rock formation in walking distance, 20' and 15', respectively. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We paid £25 for an expedition truck.
Simply fantastic site. So einen Platz bekommt man selten! Ab und zu bleibt man einfach stehen und schaut sich die Aussicht an. Ein überaus netter und hilfsbereiter Landlord und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Fahrt lieber über Minion hin, sonst wird's eng und man kommt nur langsam voran.
Beautiful location, really quiet and peaceful, plods of space for each pitch. Got down the lane in an our Luton van no problem. Highly recommend!
Beautiful little site in a stunning location! The view across the Tamar Valley is worth the price alone, especially at sunrise. Great walks from the site. John was very friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and well maintained. Lovely hot shower....a little too hot for my sunburn! Highly recommended.

Lovely site with amazing views over the valley. Very quiet, even heard the cuckoos in the morning. Hot showers. Dog walking field added extra. Perfect stay, will be back if in the area.

my wife and myself stayed at this lovely little site on boxing day,lovely owners and had the site to ourselves, would definitely recommend.
Superschöne, ruhige Lage mit toller Aussicht, sehr schön angelegter Platz, heiße Duschen, Chemietoilettenentsorgung möglich. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tipps in der Umgebung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!!
Very quiet and remote with stunning views. Very helpful owner. Basic but clean facilities.

Ein wirklich schöner Ort zum übernachten und erkunden der Gegend. Es gibt nur je eine Dusche, doch der Stellplatz ist sehr schön. Für Hunde gibt es einen großen eingezäunten Bereich. Wir haben die Ruhe und den Aufenthalt genossen.
A lovely site with gorgeous panoramic views, and friendly hosts. The access roads, like much of Devon and Cornwall, are pretty hairy though.
Wat n geweldige plek: ruime plaatsen op grind met ruim grasveld eromheen, goed onderhouden plaats, goed sanitair en erg behulpzame en betrokken eigenaar. Een geweldig uitzicht en vanuit camping prachtige wandeling naar de Cheesewrings ( grote stenen). Een plek om niet te vergeten!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, waren nicht angemeldet, sind hier für eine Nacht her gefahren, und haben ohne Probleme einen Platz mit wunderschöner Aussicht bekommen. Alles sehr sauber. 20 £ ohne Strom, würden gern länger bleiben.
Probably a nice site, however called up to book for one night and was asked if we were all self contained. Said we just needed a shower but didn’t need electric or toilet and was told can’t do one night unless we don’t need any facilities. Lady polite enough but if we are paying the price for a night then what difference does it make if we need to use the showers?
Fantastic little site with cracking views and 20 minute walk in to Minions village. Friendly owners with a complimentary plate of scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival! Lovely touch. Facilities are clean and tidy, free showers, toilets, chemical loo disposal, kitchen shed with microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer and washing up sink if needed. Definitely on my list of places to go back to.
