Lovely couple that own the land. We arrived here one of the evenings between Xmas and New Year when there'd been quite heavy rainfall. We went off the track and ended up getting stuck in the mud (purely our own doing) and the farmer bought his tractor round the next morning to pull us out. Amazing views of sunset and sunrise, highly recommend! Just stick to the tracks!
We managed to get one of the spaces as you first get over the cattle grid. Super private, amazing views, easy to drive to, so peaceful. We were lucky to be there on a hot sunny evening. Farmer very friendly and we were very happy to pay £15 for peace, space and view. Couldn’t believe we could get a place like this in England. Recommend.
l'endroit est superbe, on surplombe la mer. Il y avait malheureusement beaucoup trop de vent lors de notre passage, impossible de dormir donc nous avons trouvé un endroit un peu plus bas abrité par des arbres.
Drove up to the farmhouse and payed 15,- Very nice person, great camping spot on the cliffs.

Wow - what a stunning spot with sensational views, sunsets and sunrises. Just be careful re rocks hidden in the long grass if you decide to go off-piste in your search for the perfect emplacement - get your co-driver to walk just in front to spot. Well worth the £15 nightly charge - it will forever remain a vanlifing highlight.
the views are incredible! very quiet and this spot is the best for sea views. Worth the £15 just to spend the evening watch the sun set. People who own the land are lovely, if no one is at the farmhouse when you try and pay they will come around about 9 pm to check whose parked up
een buitengewoon uitzicht. Rust en kalmte. De boer was nog niet aanwezig, maar een medewerker ging hem langssturen om de betaling te regelen. Is zijn geld echt waard.

Windig aber wunderschön. Unbedingt zu empfehlen. Wir hatten tolle Aussicht und eine ruhige Nacht. Es lohnt sich hierher zu kommen.
Super mooie locatie. Wel £15 maar zeker de moeite waard. Kan vanaf deze plek zonsondergang en opkomst zien! Heerlijk rustig! Toen wij aan kwamen was de boer er niet maar kwam later bij ons langs!
came here yesterday.went down to the farm and paid the £15 and gave the farmer a couple of beers from the lakes.very nice guy..the wind got up really bad during the day so I moved to just down the lane over the first cattlegrid into the parking area thats a bit more covered..then at night someone going to the farm starting beeping at me!absolutely no need.
Great spot with terrific views no facilities but worth it for the peace and tranquility! Farmer takes £15 on arrival, drive to end of road to farm house, he will be out and about with quad to check! No fires or bbq unless you have facility to keep it of the ground then he is cool with it so long as you are responsible and don’t cause any damage to the grass or area. Previous campers had lit fire on the grass causing damage with he was upset about so done a repair using turfs from remote area for him ? keep it clean and respect the rules so more can enjoy this awesome spot.
Sehr schöner Stellplatz! Sehr ruhig und man hat eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Meer. Es sind die 15 Pfund definitiv wert!
Superbe site, mais nous avons eu la visite du fermier qui demandait 15£ pour la nuit, n’avons donné que 10£. Bien dommage c’est presque du racket
Absolutely amazing views at this spot (sunrise and sunset) - Really easy to access and very private. Farmer came around to collect the £15 donation, lovely man. Please keep this lovely area clean and tidy if you do use it..
Really lovely spot overlooking the East coast. Drive down to the farmhouse on arrival and pay the farmer £15 - this pays for him clearing up rubbish etc.
It's private land once you go over the first castle grid and the Farmer has now started charging due to all the work in clearing the rubbish and excrement. Worth paying. Nice people trying to improve wildlife and keep it nice for everyone.

Amazing views across the North sea, ideal for one camper van. weren't disturbed at all by cars or people, in fact only saw one car go past in the morning. ground liable to bogging and a little uneven. would stay again for the view/sunrise
