Decent park up, easily accessible. Castle is definitely worth a visit. Couldn't see any signs not allowing overnight stays, although i only stopped for a couple of hours to see the castle and have a cuppa.

BoxerHeAn03/06/2025Achtung, Google Maps zeigt den Fußweg. Einfach von Norden kommend eine Auffahrt später. Ein toller Schlafplatz mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer. Und eine sehenswerte Burgruine ohne Eintritt. Der Platz ist gebührenfrei, ohne Höhenbegrenzung und das Übernachten ist erlaubt. Wir waren dort vom 1. auf 2. Juni.

Wonderful views - easy access to village (though uphill on way back!). Despite “no sleeping” signs, 5 other motorhome there overnight and ”parking allowed” allows a degree of ambiguity to say the least. Castle well worth a visit.

No sleeping allowed. Signage says parking only but no sleeping. Great spot to checkout the castle and views all around.

Stunning views! Very quiet, no facilities. Just a couple of other campers there when we were there. Easy walk into town.

Beautiful view, quiet location, no height restrictions and public toilets. Just note that the toilets are currently closed due to Covid restrictions. We will defiantly return. Lovely little forest walk for dogs.
