This carpark currently allows overnight parking. No restrictions between 6pm and 9am. The description above is incorrect. 3 hours parking limit is during day time. We stayed for evening , used local pub and cinema. Moved on late evening only as Ferry point across the water looked more inviting. came back next morning, Youghal is a very interesting historic town to walk around.
Stayed here for one night, it was fine, noisy until about 11pm but quiet after that. Food was OK in the Quays, nothing amazing. Loads of people catching fish, so we moved the van about 8pm as we were getting covered in bits of seaweed from the fishing lines!
I live in this town and there are campervans overnighting here all the time. Water and public toilets are available. Car park is closed during festivals
