would have given 4* if it wasn't for the usual exhaust popping boy/men racers, although they left about 11 & it was quiet after that. Shame as Huntley is a lovely quaint town with lots of history. take aways & plenty of local shops. Toilets were warm & clean.
We stayed one night and it was absolutely fine. There were a few loud cars, but nothing to complain about and it was dead quiet after 9pm. The Dean’s shortbread factory is 200m away and they have a great little shop and bistro. ASDA is 5 min walk away. The town people are very friendly and helpful. There are toilets onsite and the parking is free. What more could you want for an overnight stay?
I know this place well - it’s boy racer central. AVOID.
