trou à rat de bord de route très passante, mais il n' y a rien d'autre de mieux à des kms à la ronde... c'est d'ailleurs le gros problème, les nuitées sont interdites partout...
Zone de stationnement qui semble être principalement utilisée par les promeneurs de chiens. Pas de voiture ici à 22h. 2 à 9h. J'ai entendu une voiture passer tard dans la nuit. Plusieurs le matin. Sa surface est rugueuse et quelques endroits ne conviennent pas, mais il y a beaucoup d'espace pour se garer à peu près à niveau. Station d'essence à quelques kilomètres de là, à l'A38.
Parking area that appears to be used mainly by dog walkers. No cars here at 10pm. 2 at 9am. I heard one car pass late in the night. Several in the morning. It’s rough surfaced and some of it is unsuitable but plenty of space to park about level. Petrol station a couple of miles away, at A38.
Parkplatz, der anscheinend hauptsächlich von Hundeausführern genutzt wird. Kein Auto hier um 22 Uhr. 2 bis 9 Uhr Ich hörte spät in der Nacht ein Auto vorbeifahren. Mehrere morgens. Seine Oberfläche ist rau und einige Stellen sind nicht geeignet, aber es gibt viel Platz zum Parken auf etwa ebener Höhe. Tankstelle wenige Kilometer entfernt, an der A38.

adventureGs17/08/2023Great little spot, nice a quiet. few dog walks when we arrived at 8.30pm but after that there was very little traffic. we are in a motor home and plenty of space for at least 5.

Whaleman9220/04/2023Stayed here on two separate nights. First was peaceful and also the first time using my camper. Second night I had a stranger knock on my window thinking it was his mates who was parked nearby but was still up so both laughed it off. Toilets are 5 mins down the road in the Go ape/forestry carpark but not sure if they get locked at night. Was beaut for star gazing from here also

I've stayed here on and off for a month. never had a single issue. plenty of dog walkers but car park clears up and it's silent from 9pm until 5/5.30am. decent Internet signal, only real issue is its a muddy pot holed filled car park.

Stayed here twice, one evening was absolutely fine with the odd occasional beep from the local doggers. Second time unfortunately we were met with hostilities by two vehicles reving there cars up and ‘facing off with ours’ at 2am so we left rather hastily. Worst night we have had yet in our camper. Dec.2019
