phoned in advance and was able to stay the night, coldest night of the year so far, yet the heater kept us cosy. Food in pub was ok and reasonable, could hear traffic on main road but not bad didn't affect our sleep, was Internet in pub, overall a pleasant stay.
Grande terrasse avec jeux pour enfants. Très appréciable pour laisser se dégourdir les enfants après une journée de route et prendre l'apéro pendant ce temps. à l'intérieur, déco très sympa et très bon accueil. La nourriture est bonne. Le pub est en bord de route mais le parking ne la jouxte pas directement. La route est peu passante durant la nuit, nous n'avons pas été derangé
Un pub muy bonito, con un precioso jardín y un parque muy completo para los más pequeños. Hemos tomado unas cervezas (nada baratas…) y hemos podido pernoctar. Se oye bastante la carretera pero no ha impedido que podamos dormir.
Wir haben hier gut gegessen und durften die Nacht bleiben! Sogar free-Wifi!
Really great park up. Especially with kids as there is a really good park! We arrived at 3pm on a Friday. They were closed between 3-5pm so we waited in the gardens and then at 5pm went in and mentioned we’d like to stay. They said yes no problem just buy a few drinks. Peaceful night even nearish a fairly busy road (we parked in the far corner). Two other campers stayed.
Spot on, large carpark with lots of parking. Food in the pub was good.
Great flat spot.More of a restaurant than a bar. Lovely outdoor area but we didn't use as raining. Friendly staff and good food.

We arrived late, they almost closed the bar. We asked politely if we could park our motorhome for the night, we got permission and... Two pints of beer. Magnificent service staff and owner. Friendly for motorhome travelers like us.We highly recommend .
Big carpark plenty of space , ate a very nice meal in the pub and then we were given permission to stay overnight, small field to walk the dog, all very good, would park here again, felt safe and not disturbed by anyone.
Nice spot. You have to have a meal in the pub. Beware, the cheapest thing on the menu is 9 pounds. But for that you get safe parking, toilets, and bins. nice and green area and very easy access to the road. If you look like a pirate/hippy you might get some funny looks :-D
Perfect little spot for one night. heaps of spaces. would reccomend getting there before opening time to park your car as clientele of the pub take up a fair few spots, however leave once finished their pints.
Phoned ahead and made very welcome lovely pub good food two other vans overnight will stay again when near Exeter
What a loverly place! We were welcomed with open arms and pleased to let us stop overnight before going to our booked campsite on Saturday. Beautiful meal, ( local crab) nice wine and super staff. Please support pubs who are welcoming to motor homes
Stopped overnight, had a meal in the pub, really good pub grub! Very busy early evening, car park quickly filled up. Fortunately we arrived at 5pm just as pub opened. Westpoint Arena just down the road. We did phone beforehand and was made very welcome. Dogs not allowed in pub unfortunately.
