Lovely place to park up. No signs to say no overnight, so should be fine for the night. Easy walking into town and beautiful countryside walks.
Schöner Ort zum Parken. Kein Anzeichen dafür, über Nacht nein zu sagen, sollte also für die Nacht in Ordnung sein. Einfacher Spaziergang in die Stadt und schöne Spaziergänge in der Landschaft.

Great place to park up. Very quiet at night. Right by some nice footpaths to walk the dog in the morning. Beware the access road is one-way, which Google Maps didn't know. There's also a weak bridge to avoid if you're over 3T. I had to go a long way around. Twenty minute walk back into town for the pub.
Beautiful park up! Really quiet and lots of nature around. You can hear the odd car from the one way road every now and again and a couple of small planes taking off but it’s lovely! Great for a LWB van. Big pothole on the way in. Fairly level also
stopped here again with no issues just be aware this time of the year it gets muddy.
Kleine parking in het groen. Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht, zonder problemen. Er kwam nog 1 motorhome bij.
La route en sens unique est très utilisée jusque tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin. Si on a un bon sommeil, ça peut aller, sinon on peut trouver plus calme.
Lovely & quiet spot, it rained all day but it was still manageable to park & walk around. Perfect for one night, keep the space clean & don’t let your toilet paper on the ground ! :)

Nice Spot road next to park up not to busy, bit muddy but reasonably flat, Entrance opposite the signs hard to see if it’s dark!
it’s a good stop over but pics before mine are a bit outdated the whole place is more overgrown now and less space. be careful if on the left as u enter as it’s very muddy and big pot hole, also a stream runs on that side so beware of that. right side is more flat. audley house and miniature railway is nearby and worth a visit but it’s not cheap.
Yes, excellent stop over for a night, saffron Walden is a lovely town also
Fabulous little stress free spot. On the opposite side of the road to the entrance to little industrial estate. No entry from town so need to drive around. It is a small car park at the entrance to a woodland walk. Near B road but road not very busy.
Für uns mit Kleinkind nicht das passende. Leider ringsum und am Weg entlang einige Scheißhaufen mit Klopapier von anderen Campern. sehr schade... wir fuhren weiter.
Wir haben eine Nacht auf der Durchreise verbracht. Am Abend fand scheinbar noch ein größeres Konzert in der Stadt statt und es befindet sich ein kleiner Flughafen in der Nähe. Die Nacht war trotzdem ruhig und angenehm. Morgens kamen einige Läufer vorbei.
Perfect spot for 1 night. Doesn’t fit many campers so come early. Very overgrown compared to the picture so squished up against the bushes

Quiet night, until around 7. 2 hours from the ferrys. Get out early in the morning if possible

Spent two separate nights here four days apart. Lovely spot, very quiet, with the occasional walker, dog walker, runner or cyclist.
Lovely park up, a few walkers, runners and dog walkers but everyone who spoke was friendly. Quiet and peaceful, don’t block the gates and park considerately. Would use again.

superb park up. no restriction signs. next to a B road which falls silent after 10pm. please do not block gates. arrive late leave early.

Ein super Platz für eine Nacht. Standen ganz alleine da. Einige Leute kamen mit ihren Hunde vorbei. Alle aber sehr freundlich. Nachts kaum Verkehr auf der Straße. Für dich Durchreise sehr zu empfehlen!

A quiet spot despite very near to the road. Reasonably level. Good 3G/4G(5G?) signal. Responsible grey water disposal possible. Can accommodate up to 7M unit.. space for 3 medium sized Campers... 2 others stayed over when we stopped and was full enough. Near to Audley End House & Estate. Famous Saffron Walden Market Tues/Sat in town ~1 mile & shops etc.

Quiet spot amongst the trees made for a good night's sleep. Was the only one there. Footpath adjacent for a morning walk.
Stayed here the other night, same as the last reviewer, lovely little car park, no cars or anyone throughout the night, out of the way enough. Lovely little walk nearby and a cool estate house. Airfield right near so little planes landing and taking off in the morning which was pretty cool. No bother, friendly locals, a few dog walkers in the morning. No height barriers or anti camping signs.
Great spot, hardly any traffic in the night, a few using it in the morning as a commuter route. we were the only van parked overnight, a few cars joined in the am for a dog walk, space for 2-3 vans without blocking any gates (unsure if access required). very quiet aside from a few pheseants and a owl at night. nice dog walking trail too. no signs preventing an overnight stay. no height barrier
We got 5 vehicles parked up. Light traffic through the night passing on the road and the trail by it was used by walkers/runners in the morning and evening but it’s fairly quiet and a nice spot

Kleine, landelijk gelegen parking langs rustige weg. Enkele wandelpaden aanwezig. Maximaal 7m!
Wir haben hier eine ruhige Nacht verbracht. Ein einfacher Wanderparkplatz ohne Service. Nichts für WoMo's über 8 Meter.
