Parking gratuit sans limite. États pas de parking de nuit mais je n'ai vu personne pendant les 2 nuits où nous sommes restés pour nous déplacer. Même sur les lumières de Noël, allumez la nuit. Les gens du coin nous ont parlé avec joie, intéressés par d'où nous venions le matin. Toilettes à quelques minutes à pied. Petite promenade en ville, plage, port et pubs!
Free parking with no limit. States no overnight parking but didn't see anybody over the 2 night we stayed to move us on. Even on the Christmas lights switch on night. Locals chatted to us happily interested in where we'd come from first thing in the morning. Toilets a few minuites walk. Small walk to town, beach, harbour and pubs!
Kostenlose Parkplätze ohne Limit. Staaten kein Parken über Nacht, aber in den 2 Nächten, in denen wir geblieben sind, um uns weiterzubringen, haben wir niemanden gesehen. Auch an den Weihnachtslichtern schalten sich die Nacht ein. Die Einheimischen unterhielten sich glücklich mit uns darüber, woher wir morgens als erstes kommen würden. Toiletten ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Kleiner Spaziergang in die Stadt, zum Strand, zum Hafen und zu den Pubs!

Just come back from here had a two night stay, never saw any signs stating no overnight camping. one other van here the first night. This has got be one of our best stopover. Great viewsright on the edge of the common, so ideal for dogs. Few mins walk into the lovely town, for food great at Red Lion Pub. Beach around 5 mins walk. We donatated £15. Will be returning in the summer sometime
Donation car park, happy to donate as lovely spot so hope it continues. Great spot to stay with short walk to the town or longer one to the RNLI or loup to harbour. Quiet evening even though car park quite busy. Dog walkers & golfers in morning. Great signal.
Lovely spot 5 mins walk from centre of town. Parked overnight no problem - no signs saying you can’t. As others have noted the car park fills up quite quickly with day trippers after 9.30am, but had no issues. Southwold is a great little town well worth a visit!
Very busy free (donations) car park close to local amenities. No signs saying no overnight parking, we spent 2 very quiet nights there. Not suitable for anything other than a campervan or a 5m motorhome.
Very convenient park up for a day and a night. High Street is 5 mins walk, beach around 10. Big common and nature trail, great for dog walking. Peaceful night. Flatter in the top corner nearer the common. We were 6m motorhome. Car park fills up in the morning, could be a little tight manoeuvring out. No facilities so leave no trace. Southwold is lovely. Highly recommend this park up.
Really lovely nice place. Lovely town & view. A couple level spaces but mostly slopped. Toilet’s about 10 min walk away open 6am-7pm. Free no signs. Car park (40 spaces give or take), mostly empty early March evening but full by 9 in the morning.
Great free parking spot with gorgeous views towards the sea. plenty of dog walks from here. We arrived 10pm and about 20 cars parked (think the locals use it too), we were only campervan. Lovely quiet spot, would highly recommend

Southwold. Loverly car park. On a slope unless you go to top of the car park. No bins so take rubbish away with you. Very quiet and Not disturbed at all. Pretty place lots of shops and cafes and a lush view.
Stayed for an evening, we have since returned and there are no parking signs up for overnight parking. But when we stayed it was beautiful, peaceful, out of the way & everyone was welcoming / friendly. Lovely safe little park up, with lots of brilliant little shops to explore in the area! And the added bonus of the beauty sea front, we enjoyed a swim in the morning!
We stayed overnight here. Level nearer the common. Can fill up quickly with cars and took us a bit of manoeuvring to get out next day as some had parked quite close to our van which is only a T4, Also someone parked quite forward behind us. lovely place to visit though and no disturbances. just the usual dog walkers and visitors.
Great 2 nights here right on the common.Busy carpark but no one bothered us. Locals very friendly.
Stayed for one night, car camping. Quiet no hassle. Pretty busy in the morning with people parking up.

Pretty park up just next to the common and a beautiful copse just next to the car park for a a lovely walk (great spot for dog walking). Peaceful night sleep, friendly place.
Stayed here March 22.. steep car park in places.. 2 mins walk to shops n seafront..dog walkers paradise..no noise.. lovely spot for 1 or 2 nights only.. Bob
Lovely little spot for the night. Friendly locals, no one bothered us for the night, a great view out over the common (great for a long dog walk if you have one), and super close to town for anything you might need. Can recommend the Little Chip Shop (not veggie friendly, sadly) and the Gelato place for good food.
Oh also, the toilets were fine! I was dreading using but very well kept!
What a great spot! I looked everywhere for signs when I arrived but there weren’t any. It was peaceful and you’re close enough to houses to feel secure and watched for. All of the locals are super friendly and lovely. Had some great chats with the morning dog walkers. Waking up with views over the common to the sea was a real touch. One of my favourites so far! Southwold is lovely!
