Had a break with a friend here, but we left because we didn’t feel safe. A guy passed by on a scooter, saw us, stopped and started staring at us. We travelled enough to see the difference between a guy randomly smoking a sigaret or a guy trying to be intimadating. Maybe it just was bad timing.
