L'eau, l'électricité et les déchets sur la plupart des emplacements et la conduite sur la décharge grise sont également disponibles si nécessaire.

Camping ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums von Cardiff. Ruhige, saubere, gut geführte Baustelle mit vielen harten Ständen, die bei Nässe benötigt werden. Wasser, Strom und Abfall auf den meisten Stellplätzen und die Fahrt über die graue Abfallstelle sind bei Bedarf ebenfalls verfügbar.

This campsite is in the center of Cardiff, a 15-minute walk into the city center. It gets 3 stars for this alone. This campsite is just for visiting the city. Bathrooms and wash areas are very dirty and outdated. The campsite was booked out all weekend, so with the money they are making, there is no reason they can't improve their facilities. peacefull & safe.

Camping bien situé pour aller dans Cardiff à pied. Le camping n'est ps très bien entretenu. Les sanitaires vieillissants, beaucoup de moisissures dans les douches. Pratique mais c'est tout. 32 £ sans l'électricité.
Not a bad park up. Very close to the city centre with a 20 minute walk through a lovely park. Pitches are big enough with water and EHU. Gravel hard standing surrounded by grass. The negative is the cleanliness of the toilet and shower block. Also, why the strange animal posters and jigsaw puzzles on the wall. Shows it can’t be cleaned that well.
Services gebruikt op de camping voor £3 per stuk. Goede voorzieningen en vriendelijk ontvangst. We moesten wel voor 16:00 op het terrein zijn.
Idéalement placé pour visiter la ville (20min a pied jusqu'au château par un très beau parc). Eau à chaque emplacement, et points de vidange grises+noires. Sanitaires vétustes et immondes (toilettes souillées et bouchées du samedi au lundi). La présence des puzzles collés aux murs montre que les lieux ne sont pas nettoyés comme ils le mériteraient. 32£/ nuit 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
Camping bien placé et calme. Mais malheureusement la propreté des sanitaires et endroits pour la vaisselle est clairement catastrophique. Dommage.
Attention, cette note reflète seulement la possibilité de faire les services pour un camping-car, seule option à Cardiff refusée à notre arrivée car il était 18h ! On a rencontré un personnel à qui on a demandé le tarif pour vider et remplir mais celui-ci nous a demandés de revenir le lendemain aux heures d'ouverture donc 8h même en expliquant qu'on prenait la route. Très dommage ...
Nous sommes arrivés à 18h avec une réservation au téléphone vers 15h. La réception nous a laissé le numéro d'emplacement et le code des toilettes sur une fiche à côté de la réception. Il n’y avait pas d'eau chaude. Camping idéalement situé en centre ville de Cardiff !
Besuchszeit: Mitte Juli 2026, zwei Nächte Anlass: Roadtripp durch UK Interessanter Campingplatz, sehr zentral gelegen und doch im Grünen. Pitches auf befestigtem Untergrund (Kies) mit etwas Wiesenanteil. Es stehen zwei Hygienehäuser zur Verfügung, welche… naja… die besten Tage definitiv hinter sich haben. Sauberkeit: Sehr grenzwärtig, teilw. auch witklich ungenügend. Der Camping allgemein, wirkte bei uns mehrheitlich aufgeräumt. Der Platz ist nicht umzäunt, oder dergleichen. Fahhräder sollten abgeschlossen werden, es wird auch darauf hingewiesen. Super positiv(!), in 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im City Centre, weshalb wir uns auch für diesen Platz entschieden haben. Sport- und Bademöglichkeiten (Fluss) sind im direkt angrenzenden Park machbar. Check-In bis max. 17:00 Uhr. Wir hatten bereits vorab gebucht. Als sich abzeichnete, dass wir zu spät ankamen, reichte eine Nachricht aus. Uns wurde ein Brief mit der Pitch-Nummer und dem Code für die Toilette bereit gelegt.
Great location in the park but let’s itself down with cleanliness! Perhaps if they concentrated on giving the shower stalls a good go over with some bleach to get rid of the grime rather than decorating the place with completed jigsaws and plastic flowers (?!) that would be a massive improvement. Shame about the 10:30am check out time too, not a very relaxed departure.
Nous avons pu poser nos 3 tentes. Spécialiste du camping car. Sommes 3 voyageurs à vélo, le gardien a chargé nos vélos avec sacoches dans un conteneur car le camping est ouvert toute la nuit et il y a des risques de vol. Le gardien est super sympa. Nous avons réglé 38 euros pour 2 nuits par personne
+ gute Lage um die Stadt und das Castle zu besichtigen. + für die Nähe zur Stadt recht ruhig. - Sanitäranlagen alt und lausig. Platz nicht besonders gut gepflegt. Da es die einzige Möglichkeit ist stadtnah zu übernachten grad knapp OK für eine Nacht.
Cardiff Caravan & Camping Park is a little dated, but it was perfect for what we needed. An ideal base for exploring Cardiff without the hassle of city parking. Great location, clean facilities and a relaxed atmosphere. After a day in the city, it was nice to return to the van and unwind. We’d happily stay here again for a Cardiff trip.
Die Lage ist genial, in nur 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Es ist schön grün und ruhig. Leider sind die sanitären Anlagen total versifft. Wir haben nur wegen der Lage verlängert.

Very nice campsite with all the amenities. Showers and toilets could be updated but they are fully functional and clean. Waste disposal also does the job. £32 for a night this close to Cardiff is perfectly fine.
vrijdag 15/05 niet welkom omdat we niet geboekt hadden. En ook veel te vroeg 10u bij de reseptie kwamen. Stond helemaal niet vol. ??

Depuis 3 semaines que nous sommes au Pays de Galle, nous venons d'arriver à ce seul camping à Cardiff, non seulement c'est le plus cher de tous ceux que nous avons fait 45£/nuitée avec électricité mais aussi le moins bien entretenu, les sanitaires sont sales et sentent mauvais et l'une des 2 douches est bouchée. Bref Pas terrible mais nous n'avions pas trop le choix.
Camping très bien placé, tout proche du centre, accessible à pieds. Parfait pour visiter la ville. Sanitaires propres.
Schöner Stellplatz um Cardiff zu besichtigen. Ca. 20 Minuten zufuß bis in die Innenstadt. Strom, Wasser usw. vorhanden. Sanitäre Anlagen etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber relativ sauber.
Un muy buen lugar cerca del centro con todos los servicios. No es vigilado y ellos mismos recomiendan no dejar cosas afuera y mucho menos bicicletas ya que no hay vigilancia (y hay ladrones de bicicletas). Ellos proveen un lugar seguro donde poner las bicicletas, sin cargo.
Μείναμε μια βραδιά. Σε εξαιρετική θέση για τη πολη. Σε 20 λεπτά βρίσκεσαι στο κέντρο περπατώντας μέσα από ένα εξαιρετικό πάρκο. Η τιμή όμως δεν είναι αυτή που αναγράφεται. Είναι 39 λίρες χωρις ρεύμα και 45 με ρεύμα. Τα παρκινκ γενικά στη πολη είναι δύσκολα!!
Super Lage mitten in einem süßen, zentralen Viertel. Preis mit ca. 35 Pfund okay. Sanitäranlagen älter aber sauber. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl!
Great friendly quiet site. Paddled in river nearby. Easy access to central Cardiff. Cycle lanes everywhere. Staff friendly and helpful. Cycle rental place on site that specialises in bikes for people with special needs.
Très bien tenu Personnel aimable Nombreuses commodités, dont espace pour congeler, réfrigérateur, bouilloire, grill pain. Très proche du centre ville. Cerise sur le gâteau: ce camping est apprécié par les renards et les hérissons la nuit ainsi que les écureuils le jour.
idéalement situé a 15 mn à pied du château,centre ville et stade. petit supermarché coop a 5 mn. les toilettes à la déco très kitch sont propres. Nuit calme.grands emplacements.tres bien pour visiter la ville
Da ich lieber meine eigene Sanitär Einrichtung nutze, kann ich zu den Anlagen vor Ort nichts sagen. Aber die Entsorgung ist gut machbar und die Nähe zum Zentrum schlägt m. E. jedes Negativargument.
Sehr schöner Platz. Ganz in der Nähe vom Carstle. schön im Park gelegen. Leider sind die Sanitäranlagen sehr veraltet mit dem Versuch sie sauber zu halten. Badische an und durch. Ich würde trotzdem wieder kommen.
Der Schmutz in den Toiletten ist Jahre alt, schade. Der Campingplatz ist ideal um Cardiff, eine wunderschöne Stadt, zu besuchen.

super petit camping très proche du centre ville à pied, les installations ne sont pas aussi vieilles que prêtant le précédent post, elles ont le mérite d'être propres et fonctionnelles. 39livres pour un fourgon, 2 adultes et un chien+ l'électricité c'est pas donné mais vous n'avez pas de parking supplémentaires à payer et votre véhicule est en lieu sûr

À l'orée du centre ville dans un cadre verdoyant et tres calme, nous avons pu sans réservation y passer une nuit. Installations très propres. Nous recommandons.

Belle endroit vraiment proche du centre de Cardiff, très propre, avec des toilettes et SDB chauffer. Pour avoir fait le tour du pays de galle, ça parait cher mais vraiment le prix est correct pour ce qui est proposé :) en plus les écureuils viennent vous dire bonjour et au revoir :)

great camping, quiet, well run and really nice staff. they lent us a hook up lead when our leisure battery went dodgy. they are also happy to put your bikes in a locked container for you each night. nice and close to town and by a lovely park for walks and bike rides.

Perfect stop to visit capital of Wales. They hire bikes too. We cycled into town easily from here. It is expensive but there is nothing else that is this convenient, we have experienced this scenario many times and have excepted that it’s best to pay for the convenience and just make it a one nighter.

Great location - close to a beautiful park with plenty of lovely walks and cycling etc. Also very central for cardiff city, bars, restaurants and pubs. Staff couldn’t be nicer but the facilities are really outdated, the showers especially were awful and were barely a trickle. Also not as clean as it could be. It really lets the place down because other than that, it’s a great spot.
réservation fortement conseillée, nous avons eu de la chance ... ville à vélo pour Cardiff bay, plat et pistes cyclables quasiment partout ! Le camping heberge l'asso Pedalpower nous avons eu la chance, le plaisir de participer à la sortie annuelle, parcourt le centre ville, revient par le parc au camping. manque de nettoyage sanitaires, du jeudi veille de notre arrivée et départ le dimanche.
Great spot to top up electrics, water etc. Showers toilets and laundry get thumbs up. Very quiet considering its location and easy walk into city centre. stayed 3 nights. Maybe a little pricey for a powered site £35/night.

Lovely treed location for visiting Cardiff city being that it’s in such a built up area! Make sure you have clear information on how to find the site as access is unusual/ confusing. Staff very helpful. Can’t understand why they haven’t spent money on upgrading the toilets and shower facilities? Will most likely use again as it wins on location.

Location brilliant for Cardiff city :20 min stroll along the river . When driving to site , keep going straight in Sophia’s close . You ll see the exit to the site on your left … keep going and the entrance is on your left a bit further down . Wooden markers on side of road . Vance and Josh in reception are very helpful . Only thing that lets site down is showers require updating otherwise 5 star
Mooi centraal gelegen dicht bij centrum. Ideaal voor fietstochtjes naar andere sites via fraaie fietspaden. Tweede nacht had ik ineens stroom nodig. Ik deelde de beheerder dat de volgende ochtend mede. Laat die 5 pond maar zitten, zei hij. Erg aardige en behulpzame man. De camping heeft ook wifi. Helemaal zijn geld waard.

Sehr schöner Platz direkt an einem Park gelegen, Bute Park nur knapp 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. 15 Minuten Gehweg in die Innenstadt. Sauberkeit in den Sanitäranlagen leider nur 3 Sterne, ansonsten perfekter Platz.
£30 a night. Perfect for Cardiff centre, only 20 minute walk through the park. Showers and toilets are old ish but we’re cleaned. Would recommend booking on weekends. A bit hard to find but drive past the Sophia Gardens cricket stadium and it’s on the left. (Looks like a cycle path but is a road)
Estupendo camping en el centro de la ciudad y al lado del jardín o parque del Bute Park. Todos los servicios, grande y con buenas plazas. Dos adultos, un niño y una furgoneta cerca de los 30 €. Es la mejor forma de dejar el vehículo seguro y pasear con tranquilidad por una gran capital. Noche del 30/08/22.
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ordentliche Standplätze mit Wasser und Strom auf harten Untergrund. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sauber und ordentlich. Hunde sind willkommen und haben außerhalb des Campingplatz eine riesige Auslauffläche. In 20 min.zu Fuß bis zum Stadtzentrum. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen im WoMo und 1 Erwachsener mit Zelt und Motorrad dort und haben für die Nacht mit Strom (3£) 50£

Toller Platz mit sauberen Sanitäranlagen. Waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, 1 Kind und Hund dort. Trotz später Ankunft und ohne Reservierung wurde uns ein Stellplatz auf dem Campingplatz angeboten. Grosser Park gleich nebenan für Hundeauslauf. Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang!

gepflegte kleine Anlage. Wie immer in England sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhig und doch im Zentrum. Gute Gaststätte 100 m entfernt am Stadium. besser als in der Stadt. Alle Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten. Für Campervan und 2 Personen 30 £ die Nacht bezahlt.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The staff here are so helpful, friendly and go above and beyond. Two wonderful nights and we can’t wait to return again soon. 15-20 minute walk into the centre/stadium, beautiful dog park all’s, big field, river where doggies can swim. Site itself clean, lovely cafe and cycle hire onsite. Washing facilities (washing machine now working at present unfortunately), looks like there are some new cinema pods going up too. Anything and everything you need and it is here, thanks guys!
Freundlicher Empfang. Obwohl Zentral gelegen,nur 3 Sterne, da Sanitäranlagen sehr ungepflegt. Ekelhafte Duschen und Toiletten. Wie wäre es, wenn man nebst der stark betriebenen Fahradvermietung auch einen einfachen Brötchenverkauf anbieten würde?

Ein schöner kleiner Campingplatz mitten im Grünen und trotzdem in der Stadt. Direkt vor der Tür kann los geradelt werden und zu Fuß ist man schnell im City-Center, um Essen und Trinken oder Einkaufen zu gehen, wobei ein typischer Lebensmittelladen nicht gefunden wurde.
£6 um nur den Service zu nutzen. Toiletten Entleerung und Trinkwasser auffüllen. Müllcontainer vorhanden. Etwas teuer dafür aber okay.

Great location. Nice owners. Pitches very close together, but I guess that’s to be expected in the city. Toilet blocks clean but dated and showers had weak pressure and lukewarm water.
The site was an oasis in desert when we limped in with dead batteries no water and full waste tanks!!! Vance is very user friendly and totally laid back, great green belt location in the middle of town so dog run himself silly and was wacked out all day, half an hour walk alongside the river, flower beds and castle to city centre.
Love this site ,first time here , lovely safe cycle paths through park along river to city centre. £26.25 for 2 adults in 24ft motorhome. so clean ,friendly staff ,so peaceful. a real find. one to remember .

Great campsite set in parkland adjoining River Taff - lovely staff and facilities. Cafe and bicycle hire. Close to the city and boat trips down to Cardiff Bay. Recommended.
Un peu cher £ 27 pour une nuit, (£ 22 pour 1 personne), mais tous services et hyper bien localisé. Accueil très sympathique.
