Excellent point de départ pour faire du tourisme. Idéal avec un chien car le parc est juste à côté. Le stationnement est gratuit du vendredi 17h30 au lundi 8h30 !!

Perfect winter weekend overnight stop. 15 min walk to main sights. Slight challenge to park with 7.5m motorhome, but doable with teamwork :-) Also flat which was great in a hilly city. Quiet given so near to everything. Side streets would probably be even quieter, but more of an incline, so didn’t park there.
Perfect! Quite neighborhood and free parking in the weekend :)) We stayed here with a big camper and had no troubles.
Le spot parfait pour le week-end ! Gratuit du vendredi 17h30 au lundi matin 8h, juste de l’autre côté du parc, à 15min du Royal Mile. Vraiment parfait. On y est resté tout le week-end, notre fille a pu jouer dans le parc et nous avons tout fait à pied ou en bus pour aller à Stockbridge ou au port. Vraiment top!
Just spent 3 nights here with no problems with our 5m Van. Plenty of other campers around. Wouldn’t recommend for large wide campers as it gets quite busy and tight during the day. Ideal for visiting the city as it is a very nice & easy walk into the centre of Edinburgh straight through the park. There are also public toilets open until 19:00 just across the road in park.

Idéal pour visiter la ville historique la week-end, des toilettes publiques sont disponibles dans le parc à 5 minutes à pied en journée. Nuit très calme, attention quand le stationnement est payant contrôle effectué et amende de 50£… ça pique. Utilisez l’application pour payer.
Je confirme, c‘est un emplacement idéal pour la journée ou pour la nuit, c’est gratuit à partir de vendredi soir jusqu’au lundi matin. Pour aller dans la vieille ville il suffit de traverser le parc en ligne droite, en dix minutes on est devant la très belle université.
Toll, wenn man kein Problem damit hat, an einer grossen Straße zu stehen. Für eine Nacht OK. Sehr voll am Wochenende, dafür kostenlos und man ist in zehn Minuten in der Altstadt. Keine Möglichkeiten, Abfall oder Abwasser loszuwerden oder aufs Klo zu gehen. Für grosse Camper unpassend, da die Straße sehr eng ist und andere Autos sonst nicht mehr vorbei kommen!

Great location and only a 10 minute walk into Edinburgh, quiet at night, it is not directly on the park but you do have a lovely view of it. I parked here overnight with no issues
Sehr guter Platz nah am Zentrum. Am Wochenende kostenfrei! Mit den Gebühren das war auch nicht ganz eindeutig. Wir haben 14:18 Uhr 50 Pence eingeworfen und hätten bis Montag 8:37 parken können! Obwohl eigentlich die Stunde 1,6 Pfund kosten soll.
Guter Parkplatz am Straßenrand. Die Straße ist etwas laut aber man ist in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt und in 20 Minuten am Edinburgh Castle. Am Samstag und Sonntag ist es möglich kostenlos zu parken.
Hemos pasado dos noches aquí y sin problema,sábado y domingo no se paga,algo de ruido porque al ser el festival alado hay un parque y estaba lleno de juventud pero cero problemas .Cuando lleguemos un señor inglés nos recibió y nos dijo que el llevaba dos días y todo bien. Hay un parque alado .El centro está a 15 min andando. Ha sido un acierto encontrar aquí el sitio en nuestra visita a Edimburgo
