We stayed here for 2 nights. A really peaceful spot in the middle of a nature reserve and by the sea, just perfect! Night one just a couple of campervans, night two was a bank holiday, 17 campervans! However everyone quiet and respectful. A 5 minute walk from Salthouse where there is a cafe, village store and nice gastro pub. Highly recommend this place if peace and quite is what you're after.
Lovely site at the end of the road. Beautiful walks across the shingles right at your doorstep. Plenty of room for lots of vans on both sides. No signs, free stay. No facilities but would recommend.
Fantastic free location for about four campers. Park on the road away from the Lifeboat entry posts and gap. Turning point reserved for easy manoeuvres. Idiic spot nature reserve and beach with a viewpoint east. We had one night and met the excellent volunteer local assistant. Cafe. Post Office. Pub in the village . With more facilities in the western villages nearby.
Quiet and lovely. Direct access onto shingle beach.
Lovely spot, a few evening fishermen, but they don't disturb you, and a few early morning walkers, but again no noise or issues, I have a 6 mt van, and just about had room to turn it round, I would't attempt with anything bigger than 6mt
End of the road with direct beach Access, wonderful for wildcamping in the car. very quiet, saw a lot of stars in the night.
Roadside parking is (limited, but) free. However, there is a "no camping" sign at the end of the road which probably applies to entire access road. Not worth the risk for mobile homes and larger recreational vehicles!
Good spot next to beach. Narrow single lane approach road with a couple of places to turn a small/medium camper around. Road leads directly onto shingle beach. Busy during the day with dog walkers, bird watchers and at high tides with fishermen. Woken at 4am by them! Short walk to local village shop and lovely gastro pub.
Dead end road with lots of room for smallish campers. couldn't find anywhere to pay but noone minded. very beautiful and quiet. about 3 other vans there with us, the occasional night fisher.
Dead end road leading to beach room for a couple of campers, would not bring 6mtrs down as limited turning space, very peaceful lovely spot. No signage saying private road or overnigthing.
