Très bel emplacement ! Mais système électrique défaillant : notre borne n’arrêtait pas de « sauter » et on a peiné à recharger nos batteries . Sanitaires ok mais pas très glamours ! Douche payante
Very nice place. Amazing views and the staff are super friendly. It’s eco friendly so the services are limited. 2 showers and 4 bathrooms. Nice kitchen with freezer and fridge, kettle etc. Will defo come back
An excellent site. Not suited to those who like manicured lawns but anyone who wants to stay over looking the sea parked on the dunes will enjoy it. The beach has crystal clear water to swim in although a bit cold in October.

Stellplätze sehr schön jedoch komische Vorgaben. Toilette darf nur ohne das blaue Material entsorgt werden, Dusche kostet 1€ was für 3 Minuten sehr teuer ist.
Frühere An und Abreise nur zu hohen Aufpreis möglich. Würde diesen Platz eher meiden.
Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und Meer ist das absolute Highlight dieses Platzes. Die Stellplätze sind kleine Areale im Küstenstreifen. Elektrik und Wasserstellen sind nah dran am Platz. Sanitär rustikal aber es funktioniert alles so wie es soll.
Der Betreiber ist eine gute Seele von Mensch. Hunde und Kinder sind gerne gesehen. Wandern, Natur und Ruhe stehen hier im Vordergrund. Kein Glampingplatz.
Really nice place, friendly staff, all services, basic unisex bathrooms and showers 1euro for the shower, there is fire pits for rent which is handy if you don't have one, bring marshmallows
Private beach good for kayak or SUP, must try the seaweed baths, amazing experience and you can bring a wine to enjoy the view and the baths.

unbedingt vorherige Anmeldung. wir hatten keine und bekamen mit glück einen platz. keine freie platzwahl. die Aussicht ist herrlich, toller sandstrand, das meer ist türkis mit wellenrauschen in der nacht, großer Platz teilweise mit strom. hund gratis, jedoch mit 20 euro kaution, falls der hund ohne leine ist, oder die hinterlassenschaft nicht weggeräumt wird, werden die 20 Euro einbehalten.
Posto magnifico , immerso nella natura ,per veri campeggiatori . Pizzaiole distanziate alcune con vista superba sulla spiaggia. Servizi molto basic: due docce . Non c’è la possibilità di lavare i vestiti. Wi-Fi molto buono nella piccola cucina. Accoglienza gentile .
On avait pas réservé, donc pas accueillit de la meilleure manière . On nous a placé correctement. Pas plus écologique que par chez nous. Pensez à appeler avant. sinon vous êtes bloqué à la barrière.

Der schönste Campingplatz auf dem ich je war!! Naturbelassen, sehr nette Besitzer- Lage traumhaft am Meer- Duschen und Wc sehr sauber - wünsche mir mehr solche Plätze!!!
Super schöner Campingplatz, sehr einladend. Im Gegensatz zu den üblichen Caravanparks mit den mobile homes, sind hier nur Campervans, Wohnwägen und Zelte vertreten. Sanitäranlagen sind ordentlich (2 Duschen, 4 Toiletten). Inhaber/Rezeption muss vorher kontaktiert werden, da man einen Code für eine Schranke benötigt (funktionierte super). Preis: 24€ (Van + 2Personen), Duschen je 1€.
Ce site en bord de mer est sublime mais très exposé aux vents. Avec notre van à toit relevable, nous ne sommes pas restés la 2ème nuit prévue tellement nous étions secoués par les rafales de vent. Pour le prix, sanitaires rudimentaires. Ce qu'on paie, c'est l'emplacement qui reste magnifique.
Nous avons passé 1 nuit en camping car sur ce camping il y a 3 ans. superbe vue depuis les emplacements, la petite plage en contrebas.
Un lieu très sympathique
Stayed for 2 nights in Late Jan 2022. Great place to stay, friendly and most helpful owners. The site wasn’t fully open, so we got the best pitch, right beside the ocean and the small beach. It was easy reach to the Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey (although closed when we were there), Derrygimlagh Bog, which includes the Marconi site and where Alcock and Brown landed.
Clean rugged green site with all the amenities need. The owners are a lovely couple and pitches all have beautiful views of the surrounding sea which is on three sides of the site. Omey Island this is a must visit. The island is tidal and is accessible by foot or car at times in the day. We will be back.
Five stars for the view, the proximity to the beach (good swimming), the eco-friendly vibe, the campfires (€13), the duney informal setting of the pitches and the friendliness of the owners. It's true there aren't tonnes of loos and showers for when the campsite is full. Visited in May a couple of years ago and it was perfect. Now here in August it's perhaps a touch too busy for the facilities.
Lovely location, paid €24 for 2 people in a campervan without electric hookup. When the weather is nice it’s the best place in the world but was very windy and rainy-as you are right on the water it was pretty extreme! Would have given it more stars however the facilities aren’t great, only 2 showers and 4 toilets for the entire campsite. €1 for 5 min shower. Check out was at 11am
To be honest it was a campsite on sand dunes. Facilities were basic enough. Toilets/showers could do with an upgrade as could the roadway into the site. Eco doesn't mean stingy, so I feel a bit of work would be no harm carried out by owners.

Effectivement : très belle vue mais l'accueil est surprenant. Nous nous sommes déplacés à pied pour découvrir les lieux et repérer l'accueil mais à priori nous nous sommes déplacés sur une zone "interdite" car un homme près de la réception nous à interpeller à distance avec un sifflet. Mais n'est pas venu à notre rencontre au contraire, il est parti, nous aussi !
Camping avec vue à couper le souffle surtout si vous avez la chance comme nous d’y être un jour ensoleillé, merveilleux coucher de soleil sur la mer. Accès direct à une plage. Sanitaires propres mais seulement 2 douches et 4 toilettes pour l’ensemble du camping. Douche étroite avec une seule chaise pour poser les affaires, difficile de doucher un bébé. Ce n’est pas vraiment un camping familial, n’y allez que pour la vue
Beautiful campsite and RV park on the Wild Atlantic Way 8 km from Clifden town. There is a pub and shop close to the park, The park is like wild camping but with all the facilities and security included. We stayed for two nights and got to see dolphins jumping off the beach. Its climate neutral and provides for all your camper van needs even if you do not stay over night.
Very nice nature based campsite with beautiful coastal views. There is free tea, coffee, WiFi and excellent drinking water. Sanitary facilities are spotless with hot showering. A service point is available with disposable of waste water,toilet and recycling plus you can refill your tanks with clean spring water even if you do not stay over night.Highly recommonded
La situación del camping es muy bonita el camping es muy salvaje pero es como aparcar libre el precio es totalmente exagerado para lo que ofrecen solamente hay dos duchas y las toletes deja mucho mucho que desear es un sitio para no volver porque para eso aparco libre no se puede ni vaciar la toilette de química

Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi soir 4 mai, le camping était déjà bien plein. Est ce ainsi tous les we ou y a t'il des vacances ? Les familles sont arrivées nombreuses sur le camping. La plage derrière est superbe. Les équipements sont minimalistes mais des travaux sont en cours.
