Great little car park, scenic views. Free and flat. No signs. A ruin. Entrance very very tight with 2 old concrete posts. Fiat Ducato was close coming through

Giew mijn parkeerplaats op 5 minuten van straat Ives. Een zeer smalle ingang kan moeite hebben om iets groters dan een mwb-busje te krijgen, omdat de ingang erg smal is. Ik bracht de nacht door, niet het verdriet. breng alstublieft uw afval mee naar huis, want de plaats is vol.

Hotwet09/12/2025Good little park up to be honest can fit 3 vans in max not suitable for motorhomes though as the entrance is too tight , considering there is only a few park ups like this in Cornwall keep it clean , brilliant little pub down the road the engine inn , they also let you park up if you are patrons , leave no trace ,
Toert15/10/2025Die Einfahrt hat uns schon einige Nerven gekostet. Ansonsten ist das ein netter Platz um dir Nacht zu verbringen. Der Verkehr wir gehen 22 Uhr ruhiger und wir haben hierzu eine ruhige Nacht verbracht.

A great little spot, sunset views on a decent day!! Intended to stay one night, returned the night after too it was so convenient.... There's nothing there, just a free parking spot, but its quiet and no bother at all.

ansich ein toller Platz. war erst allein . abends kam noch ein Bulli und Auto. mitten in der Nacht stritten die sich und schrien rum . da bin ich lieber sofort gefahren

natachips17/06/2024Great little parking a bit hidden from the road, the Giew Mine is beautiful, the sea is visible in the distance and the sunset is great. Quite clean - keep it this way!! We spent a lovely night :)

Lovely spot with beautiful sunset views. Next to road so a little noise but quiet through the night. Narrow entrance but we got through in a MWB transit. Easy access to St Ives, bus runs just by here if you don’t fancy the horrible parking experience in St Ives. No services so take everything with you!

Nice level car park next to Giew Mine. There’s a bit of road noise but it calms down after 9. Connection on EE and O2 was ok. Otherwise a good nights sleep :)

Nice peaceful place to stay, with a mine house to wander around. narrow entrance is indeed tricky but manageable in a 2.04m wide van

Had a lovely and quiet night here. 2 other vehicles, one large camper and even an older motorhome.

Agree with the entrance way. Quiet night spent here. Road traffic died down after 9pm. Nice potter to the ruins.

The entrance is very tight so only suitable for a smaller vehicle. But a very quiet scenic spot and covered from the road by a hedge.
