(AB23 8WU) Balmedie - North Beach Road

Perfect stop for us, it's the second time we've parked here after the Spectra light show at Aberdeen and the morning walk is spectacular onto the beach. Nice kids park. Didn't use facilities but they look good.

Ruhig gelegener Übernachtungsplatz direkt am Strand. Super für mit Hunden. Sanitäreinrichtungen vorhanden jedoch mit Öffnungszeiten.

Sehr ruhig und sehr sauber. Toiletten werden täglich gereinigt. Die breite von 2m war für uns (ford transit) kein Problem

A great stopover. We managed to squeeze through the bollards with the wing mirrors pushed in on our Ducato. There were a few boy racers later on but quietened down after 11. The walk over the dunes to the beach is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems but well worth the effort if you can manage it.

Reculé de la route, très calme et proche de la mer. Endroit top, malgré la limitation de largeur mon van fiât ducato adria est quand même passé en rentrant les rétroviseurs.

Nice spot near the beach and massive dunes. Stayed there for one night, no hassle whatsoever. Fair amount of cars coming in and out throughout the night.

The actual car park was bollarded off when we arrived at 8:30pm. We parked in the horse trailer parking area instead and it was a fine place to be, just not as sheltered.

Parking off to the left as you approach is best for quiet/privacy. Some cars revving and going fast in main area at 11.30pm (a Sat night). Men’s toilet was left open all night, ladies was completely out of use at the time. Chill night overall, would recommend

Great place to park for the night! Toilets were closed until further notice but not a problem for us. A few shaded corners so even if there were a few vans here would still be quite private. Brilliant walks around the area.

Quiet at night (we stayed a Sunday). Relatively sheltered and provided peace and quiet. Facilities were not open for us (but we arrived when closed and left before opening). Lovely beach walks nearby and local amenities not too far away.

Nice quiet spot, dunes are nice to walk around. Parked up at the bottom behind some trees/bushes and wasn't windy. Nobody around until people came to walk their dogs T 8am The tarmacced car park was quite busy when we left. 2 metre width limit but most vans should fit through that easily enough, not sure about motorhomes.

Entrée limitée à 2 m de largeur. J’ai vu plusieurs voitures se demander si elles allaient passer. Quant aux places extérieures elles sont marquées réservées aux bus et chevaux. Je ne me risquerai pas à rester ici.

2m de large maximum. Parking goudronné à l'abri des dunes. Poubelles de tri, toilettes ouvertes de 8h à 18h, tables de Picnic. Je recommande.

Super emplacement ! A deux pas des dunes. WC, grande aire de jeux pour enfant, tables de pique-nique, poubelles... Très bonne nuit calme. ATTENTION LIMITE 2M DE LARGEUR. Emplacements extérieurs pour les plus grands :-)

Chouette parking avec toilettes. grand espace pour les van de moins de 2m10 en largeur. quelques places à l'extérieur pour les grands gabarits. départ de ballades dans les dunes et vers la plage arrivés un dimanche soir, des jeunes ont fait du bruit mais sont partis vers 22h30, ouf ! finalement bonne nuit très calme

Je confirme ce parking n'est pas accessible en largeur pour les cc et l'accès n'est pas des plus aisé.

Very quiet corner of a large car park. No one came around here from early evening until late morning when some dog walkers arrived. Clean toilets on site. Great access to the beach. Narrow entrance as others have commented but I got my converted van through no worries. Tucked the van in behind some trees and gorse bushes, so it's a very sheltered spot. Would use again!

Sehr schöner Parkplatz. Recht windig, da fast direkt an Meer. Toiletten sind vorhanden. Relativ ruhig. Auf der Einfahrt stehen Poller, die die durchfahrtsbreite auf 2m beschränken
