(EX21 5BG) - Unnamed Road

Fantastic park up, plenty of space for at leat 5 vans large or small. The pictures really don't do it justice. South West Water ranger came round in morning and just waved to say hello. Quiet night and very peaceful with wonderful views out over the reservoir.

Very quiet spot and a great view over the lake. Stayed a night here and no hassle. Leave no trace.

Great stop over location. Parts are at an angle, however peaceful and quite. Dog walkers in the morning but no problems!

Beautiful view across to the lake. Saw a ‘SW Lakes’ van about 6:30am but they nor the morning dog walkers bothered us. Bit slopey depending on where you park up but not too much of a problem. We were the only van (stayed 1 night - arrived 9pm left 10am)

Beautiful, easy to park, we slept 2 campers on level ground. No amenities but a nice picnic bench. We saw about 3 people, and kids and dog walkers. Lovely little spot.

Very quiet and upper section leveled. no services here but there is a parking with a toilet not too far from here. fantastic views and scenery

Quiet car park. Some dog walkers parking but was quiet at 8pm until about 7am. Lovely view down to the lake with nice walks.

Beautiful secluded spot with a great view of the lake at sunset. As has been said there is a sign with a picture of a tent saying 'no camping'. three of us here tonight plus a car. it's not perfectly level but worth it for the location.8am we were visited by a 'baliff'(no id shown though?) who very politely told us that camping overnight wasn't allowed. Reasons given.. poaching and fire access

Great waking up with the veiw of roadford Lake. Quiet night, with early dog walkers. Left us alone.

Lovely spot, views over and access to lake. Head west not east when going back to A30 as east way doesn't easily connect onto the main road.

Sehr schöne Umgebung. Am See gelegen. Nachts sehr ruhig. Früh kommen ein paar Hundebesitzer mit Ihren Autos. Stört aber nicht.

Beautiful surroundings. Beautiful view. No trouble staying overnight.

Sign says only camp at the campsite but get there late and stay on the top as it’s the only flat area very wet and muddy around there at the moment

Stayed here on the busiest weekend of the year in Devon. We had the place to ourselves and it didn't cost anything! :)

Sehr schöner, abgelegener Platz. Wir verbrachten die Nacht zusammen mit einem englischen Wohnmobil. An der Seite des Platzes steht allerdings ein Schild, das besagt, dass Campen nur in ausgewiesenen Gebieten erlaubt ist. Die Übernachtung ist nicht ausdrücklich verboten. Morgens wurde der Rasen gemäht und wir wurden freundlich gegrüßt.

Amazing spot, lovely and quiet all night. Walks down by the lake or through the woods, great spot for dogs. Views are fantastic and access to parking is down small lane but with plenty of passing places. A few level spots but the car park is essentially a loop around a grassy mound!!

We stayed there lastnight never got moved on quiet area lovely walks and views
