My partner had a lovely hot clean shower in the services. Just get the key from WHSmith and was free.

Free clean showers!! Wonderful showers, found the ladies shower in the ladies toilet. We stopped at the one heading north and asked wh smiths for the key :)
vandtequine25/07/2023(+)Great hot shower. It’s quite spacey, there’s a small bench, hooks for clothes and a small shelf. There’s a sink too. (-)You can’t adjust the temperature of the water and it may be too hot for some or not enough for others. It’s not exceptionally clean, it’s certainly not sparkling and more can be desired. The canals of the shower and sink get blocked and water pools. Bring your own toiletries.

Brilliant place for showers, hot, very clean, sink for brushing teeth and mirror. They gave us both a disposable floor mat. Toilets are very clean. Free parking for 2 hours.

Unreal! After a week of only showering in our portable shower, a warm shower was very welcomed! As mentioned in the other comments, just get the key from WHsmith.

Has female and male showers now, nice hot showers, pressures quite weak but it’s better than nothing:)

Hot and clean enough - as previously mentioned showers are in entrance to gents. As a female I usually ask for shower 1 as it is first on left - by time you get to shower 3 well meaning men often point out it is the gents (ha,ha)

You do not need to get on M5 to get to these services Get the key from WH Smiths Very hot water Used shower 3....Large shower. Large changing area with towel rail 4 hooks and 1 chair Could do with a good deep clean so wear cros. But to be honest I've been in worse when camping.
midlifemike07/12/2021Really rather good, hot free clean shower. What more do we need. Brilliant parking and convenient. Have to give your van key as deposit for shower key at WH Smith’s.
