Quite a small area and well used by local traders parking small vehicles and some artics. Would have been difficult for more than 3 motorhomes. Bar is ok and cycle path very good. Fairly quiet despite nearby busy local road.

We have been renting eco-friendly cave houses since 2009 and have invested heavily in alternative energy. Today, our property has become an example for testing and taking advantage of new alternative energy technologies. Many customers ask us to visit our facilities which have just obtained the maximum A+ energy certificate. Our philosophy is to demonstrate that another world and another way of consuming are possible while preserving the planet and in a concrete way. In our isolated property, we have no neighbors and we favor the tranquility of our customers. We have created a few plots to accommodate digital nomads, vanlifers and adventurers who go around the world, 4x4 with roof tent, vans, motorhomes max. 7.5m, trucks. Swimming pool available in season from May to the end of September. High-quality Wi-Fi for working. On your arrival, we will give you a roadbook in your language (Spanish, French, English or German) with dozens of unusual activities, each linked to Google Maps to guide you easily. If you have a smartphone, we can also download a GPS with audio guide that will show you our unusual routes in your language. Family atmosphere on the property. There is no emptying of the chemical toilets, but toilets are present. Surprising region for its environment remained intact. Shops and supermarkets in the historic center of Baza 7 minutes from the property. Possibility to do laundry. Bivouac or isolated plots on the entire 9 hectare property in adventure mode with water and electricity if space is needed. Property intended for customers who love tranquility. Parties are not allowed. Dogs are accepted if they do not make noise. Please call before arriving and only on WhatsApp Property to try absolutely for its environment, its adventurous atmosphere and its tranquility. Wood available for campfires in winter. Ownership based on responsible tourism, we do not allow your motorhome to be washed as we live in one of the last deserts in Europe and water is precious. We also invite you to fill up your tanks at service stations. The water on the property is for the use of showers, toilets and for the kitchen area. Please take this into account. For motorhomes, keep in mind that the last 800 meters of the access road is on a track in good condition, it is the price to pay for peace of mind! The farm "Finca de la Horca" is located on the edge of the only desert in Europe and is famous for being the filming location for "Indiana Jones", "Play me the song of death" and "The shoe of Manitou". With several pitches and tent sites as well as two guest houses, we offer a welcoming haven for travellers all year round. A fascinating place with panoramic views of nature and the idyllic village of Sorbas. We also produce our own organic olive oil and offer eggs from our own chickens. Please note that we are a natural camping site, not a campground. We look forward to welcoming you!
