Under new management recently. Stayed there for one night last week, owner is very welcoming and helpful. Toilet and shower facilities have been upgraded all new sinks and showers. Small, friendly site with immediate access to beach and lovely coastal walks. Cafe open 9-5 across the road. WiFi code provided and is good strong signal. Cost was £35 two people with two dogs electric hook up

Site has stunning views of the Moray Firth and the beach directly opposite is perfect for swimming. Golf course just up the hill and bus stop right at gate. Quiet, clean site.
Not worth £30. The facilities are outdated. The showers are hard to regulate and too hot to use.
