Other than showers, this site had it all at a very reasonable (cheap) price. Really liked the forrestery vibe of the site and on the door step to Savernake Forest which is perfect for dog walks. When we went it was very quiet but it was off season, can imagine it would get quite busy in the summer. The workers on this site were also super helpful, will be back.

Brilliant campsite on the edge of Savernake Forest. Can walk/cycle for absolutely miles. Great place for dogs with endless routes through the enormous forest (direct access from site). Very friendly site wardens. Can get very busy at weekends but you can hear a pin drop after 10 pm. Path down into Marlborough although it's steep & very slippery in the wet. Tesco at bottom.

Lovely site ! Friendly staff and nice walks. No shower

Endroit calme au milieu des arbres et des écureuils. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de douches...

Nice campsite, easy walking routes into Marlborough. Shame there’s no showers. Paid £18 for one night in Camper with no electric.

Age discounts available for over 60s. Very friendly wardens.

The site is in a stunning location but it has no showers and the toilet block and disposal facilities have seen better days it looks like it’s from the 1970s which really lets it down otherwise it’d be 5 stars

Excellent camping et très bonne gestion . Pas de douches mais en avons une dans van . Très belle forêt pour promenades et bon lieu de repos sur la route . Merci aux gérants pour l'accueil et ils sont très serviables !

Beautiful campsite, with direct access to a large ancien forest (awesome trees !) . Direct access to the beautiful small town of Malhborough, with nice dining option at the market square. Clean facilities , but no showers.

Wat een uitgelezen plek om het grote oude bos te bezoeken en het leuke stadje Marlborough. Prettige ontvangst, vrije plekken om te staan. Eenvoudig sanitair.

Hele fijne camping! Korting met NKC kaart. We betaalden 25£ voor 2 nachten, zonder stroom. Wandeling naar erg leuk stadje. Camping zonder douche!!

Really nice site in the forest, with genuinely friendly staff running it. Only stayed for a night, but had all the facilities needed: water, chemical disposal, and waste disposal. Didn’t use the toilet/showers as self sufficient. Gates locked at 10:30 and reopen at 7:30 (not mentioned in the booking). Places in the woods for dog walking should you have one.
