New Waterford County Council Beach By-law sign says no overnight parking. Same for all car parks now in Bunmahon so we continued east to find another spot at Kilmurrin. Again no overnight parking sign at the beachfront parking but there are marked campervan spaces on the landward side of the road entering Kilmurrin from the west.
Beautiful place with plenty of parking, would stay again. Not busy during the day.
This is a tiny car park and the only one next to the beach. If you park here then you need to arrive after dark and leave at dawn, otherwise the locals have nowhere to park which isn’t fair.
