Good modern aire faculties. Pitches very close to each other. Nice outlook towards hills. You will be bombarded with emails with QR codes, instructions, request to review, etc. Trying a bit too hard to be helpful.

L'accès comprend l'eau, les eaux grises, les eaux noires, le recyclage des déchets, des emplacements plats avec branchement électrique, et à proximité de Blackwaterfoot, idéal pour un petit-déjeuner et un café le matin ! Vue magnifique sur l'océan et les montagnes environnantes.
King's Cave Glamping motorhome aire, plenty of room for five or six motorhomes, off road but close to road. Facilities include water, grey waste, black waste, garbage recycling, level pitches all with Electric hook-up, close to Blackwaterfoot for a roll and some coffee in the morning! beautiful views over the ocean and surrounding mountains.
King's Cave Glamping Wohnmobilstellplatz bietet ausreichend Platz für fünf bis sechs Wohnmobile, abseits der Straße, aber dennoch nah an der Straße. Zur Ausstattung gehören Wasser, Grauwasser, Schwarzwasser und Müllrecycling. Die Stellplätze sind eben und verfügen alle über Stromanschluss. In der Nähe von Blackwaterfoot gibt es morgens Brötchen und Kaffee! Wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegenden Berge.

Prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan en de omliggende bergen.

This IS open, recently sold apparently but still open. Emptied toilet, filled up with FAST drinking water, empty grey waste. SO easy to pay on a QR code. Thanks so much Arran for being so welcoming
davemucc19/08/2023This is open ! used 19/08/23. black water dump out of order - alternative available in blackwaterfoot. £10 to dump grey waste and fill fresh tank. Qr code link to quick online payment. proper concrete grey waste drain point. High pressure fresh water hose. thank you to kc glamping for making services like this available - makes coming to arran feel welcoming & ecologically sound.

The aire is at King Caves Glamping and there is a motorhome sign on the road. We just used the services which cost £18, payment online when you scan the QR code. Drive over grey waste disposal, black water (green chemical only) and fresh water tap with excellent flow rate. There is also rubbish bins and recycling. Possible to stay the night but unsure how much it costs.

Please note this Aire is not up and running and still resembles a building site. No parking or any services. We went to Ashlar Farm and the couple we spoke to knew nothing about the development so the name is completely misleading. Do not use the GPS co ordinates they will take you to the car park for the standing stones.

Brand new Motorhome Aire opening in 2022. Closed to Kings Caves walk and Machrie Moor Stone Circles. Beautiful & tranquil location

Car park for visiting the historical sites of cairns and stone circles. Honesty box requesting £2. Nice walk, interesting sites. We did not stay, just visited the stone circles. Access is narrow of a single track road. OK for a 6m van.
