Nice quiet location with bags of room. Toilets are ok but the urinals take your breath away. Try the Castle Hotel for grub but wear your hiking boots with crampons to get there. The town is interesting but a bit worn out.

Ville de marché historique avec 7 pubs, bière / événements musicaux communs, fêtes annuelles, marchés fermiers.
Auction yard parking, public toilets, days where live stock auctions are taking place will be clearly marked no parking, alternative parking across the road.

Drownedrat02/03/2025Delighted with this free, central spot. Some great pubs in the little town. Slightly smelly outside the van although the mart is kept very clean and tidy.
KP1322/08/2024Great spot- we got here late and were the only van. Very quiet and even with cars turning up in the morning we were undisturbed. Toilets are not great but in working order.

Stayed for one night, no noise or disturbances. Toilets were open from 7am-7pm. Found a spot that didn't require the blocks. Sign up saying market days are Fridays

Although there was no indication on the board at the entrance when we parked up, we were woken at about 7 this morning by farmers unloading sheep! They were very friendly and said that the market didn’t start until 9, but we moved anyway to avoid getting blocked in. Quiet and convenient parkup otherwise, and this is a nice little town.

Nice little stop over large carpet (free) with public toilets and rubbish bins, stayed one night with no hassle really quiet.

No restrictions, nice and quiet and loos as well. It's worth walking up to the Three Tuns. Good beer and food. Good service too.
