Nice warm welcome and wholesome food. Rang beforehand and they let us into the pub before the rush. Close to the inn itself is more level. Didn’t use chocks.
Hunters Lodge Inn Herzliches Willkommen und gesundes Essen. Sie ließen uns vor dem Ansturm in der Kneipe. In der Nähe der Herberge ist der Parkplatz ebener. Keine Unterlegscheiben verwendet.
Hunters Lodge Inn Cálida bienvenida y comida sana. Nos dejaron en el pub antes de la prisa. Cerca del albergue el estacionamiento es más llano. No usé calzas.
Hunters Lodge Inn Caloroso benvenuto e cibo sano. Ci hanno lasciati al pub prima della fretta. Vicino all'ostello il parcheggio è più pianeggiante. Non ha utilizzato spessori.
Hunters Lodge Inn Warm welkom en gezond eten. Ze lieten ons voor de haast achter in de pub. Bij het hostel is de parkeerplaats meer vlak. Geen vulplaatjes gebruikt.

Superb staff serving delicious food. Gave number plate at the bar. They were happy to let us stay over. Breakfast was also great. Litter picked before we left. Please keep this tidy as it’s a great stopover. Parking at the bottom by the gate is most level
Good stay ,friendly staff, had meal and stayed overnight. Road a little noisy.
if you don't buy a meal you can't stay, so we didn't stay. We would have bought drinks but as the man behind the bar said, "rules are rules".
Very quirky pub - almost feels like walking into someone’s house! Friendly and helpful staff, happy to let us stay in the car park with the purchase of a meal. Good little play area for kids. Car park itself is quite uneven but we just dealt with it. However, the road was super noisy for much of the night, which led to a pretty disturbed sleep. Wouldn’t go back but fine if you don’t mind the noise
Great stop over. Restaurant happy with us staying over in the car park. Food in Restaurant was excellent and good value for money. Car park and nearby road noise almost non-existant by 8:30pm. Well worth a visit.
Parkplätze etwas schräg, dafür war das Essen super. Hat auch genug Auswahl für Veggies. Angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant, wohl eines der besten, die ich besucht habe in GB.
Ein guter Parkplatz bei einem sehr schönen Pub mit leckerem Essen und sehr nettem Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Stayed here on a Friday evening. the Staff were very friendly and happy for us to stay in the car park if we ate there. Lovely atmosphere in the pub. The food was good, average pub grub. The pub is next to a main road so a fair bit of traffic noise in the night. All in all, I'd stay there again.
Arrived after the service of food had finished as we'd tried a couple of other p4n suggestions and weren't keen. Barman said we needed to buy a meal but the the kitchen was closed so I asked what else we could do to be able to stay over and he said we could have breakfast instead! He requested a £10 deposit so we didn't just drive away and we had breakfast. Slightly sloping, pretty quiet.
Lekkere Engelse keuken. Kwartier op voorhand gebeld om tafel en parkeerplekje te vragen. Je kan er ook ontbijten. vriendelijke service.
Excellent food and lovely staff. Not particularly level car park but ample space. We didn’t stay over because we needed to keep travelling. However, we did ask and they do still allow overnight stops if you eat there. In the summer holidays, it’s advisable to book in advance as they’re only allowed to have three vans overnight and it gets busy.
The food is really good, the staff are really friendly and we had a quiet night. A little bit of traffic noise. We phoned to check availability and gave our vehicle reg to staff
12.02.22, stopped for the night in 7.5m motorhome, plenty of room on fairly level tarmac carpark. Pub food was outstanding and the service excellent. Free to park, just leave reg number at the bar. Near a busy road but not much noise as you can park at the end away from the road. Good nights sleep. Definitely recommend!
We rang half hour before arriving to see if we could stay overnite. We ate. Food lovely, staff very pleasant and attentive. Would stop over again
Warm welcome for all humans and dogs alike. We found a fairly level parking spot next door to another motorhome, without much bother. Food was decent pub grub. The staff charged my phone for me too, and were kindness itself when my 5yo had a small Lego accident! The road is quiet from about 10pm, so doesn't keep you awake. A good find!
Great overnight stop off, really nice pub with great food. Brilliant service we called in advance and nothing was too much trouble will definitely stop here again.
I was really nervous asking as this was my first stop over but they were so kind and it was no trouble. The deserts were amazing.

Great stop, friendly people, clean toilets inside the pub, not particularly level but not a ridiculous slope either.
