Posto tranquillo , notte indisturbata. Si arriva passando per una strada sterrata stretta e un po’ dissestata, ma tranquillamente percorribile con un van non troppo largo e lungo. Spot in piano a bordo della sterrata, facendo un “gradino” in discesa un po’ dissestato. La mattina era “chiuso” con un cordino l accesso a questa strada, forse meglio fermarsi allo spot prima che sale poco a sinistra
Bellissima location dove dormire, ma non lo consiglio per i grandi mezzi!
Dirt route has very big potholes, with a van no big problems, but for larger cars not recommended. Place is very beautiful and no waste to see.
Posto adeguato per una breve sosta, senza infamia né lode. Comodo se si vuole fare trekking nella zona del faro.
Le site vaudrait largement 4 étoiles mais les détritus sur celui-ci sont inqualifiables, papiers, canettes,plastiques ... Comme d'habitude nous laissons le lieu plus propre qu'à notre arrivée pour éviter que les campeurs ne soient accusés de salir. L'endroit est calme et la vue magnifique.
Alles super, aber man wird von gefühlt 1000 Mobilfunkantennen gegrillt. jaja, super 5 G Empfang; wer's braucht...
beautiful place to stay. for vans would recommend the second parking on the left after the dirt road. place is surrounded by green and great sunset. the dirt road is bumpy and muddy (we arrived after 1.5 days of rain, big pools and holes), so bigger/heavyer RV's maybe want to park on the left before the dirt road begins.
Sehr schöner ruhiger Platz. Für den oberen Platz braucht man etwas Bodenfreiheit. Ebenfalls ist es ein wenig eng um rückwärts einzuparkieren. Mit unserem Sprinter L2 hat es gerade so geklappt.
Lieu merveilleux ! Nous y avons passé deux nuits très calmes et seuls, nous avons opté pour la place un peu plus haut car plus plate. Nos chats ont pu se promener tranquillement sans stress. Oui la route est cabossé mais ça passe. De belles vues depuis le camion et une petite randonnée superbe. Quelques mégots au sol malheureusement mais par rapport au reste de l'Italie c'était plutôt propre.
Nous y avons passé une nuit calme, et seuls ! La vue est superbe, le chemin d’accès est bien cabossé avec trous et bosses mais en y allant doucement ça passe même sans 4x4.
Sehr schöner Platz. Tagsüber kommen hin und wieder ein par wanderer aber ansonsten ist man alleine. Wenn man keinen großen Van hat empfehlen wir den oberen Platz und nicht den großen unten. Bei dem unten parken tagsüber die wanderer. Nachts hört man laute Musik aus dem Ort, die wird aber früh genug leise, damit man schlafen kann. Wir empfehlen den Wanderweg einmal zu gehen. Mit Wanderschuhen!
Posto veramente bello alba fantastica, ci sono diverse piazzole per fermarsi. Abbiamo optato per risalire una stradina sterrata che si trova sulla sinistra della prima piazzola, che conduce ad un luogo con delle vecchie rovine molto tranquillo. Prima di risalirla controllarne lo stato, ci siamo ritrovati qualche striscio per colpa di alcune piante. Tornando giù abbiamo provveduto a tagliare.
Posto abbastanza appartato dove fermarsi per dormire, però sicuramente con un camper è più difficile da raggiungere perché la strada per arrivarci è stretta. sicuramente di notte è molto suggestivo, con il faro sopra e le stelle cadenti nella notte di S. Lorenzo

Abbiamo dormito qui due notti , in due posizioni diverse. Un giorno più sopra e uno più sotto . Sopra c’è solo un posto immerso nella natura e l’ho preferito , pochi animali , tranquillo e si vedeva il faro illuminare la notte . Nel secondo (più sotto) c’era più spazio ma molto più sporco , poco distante ci sono le rovine di una costruzione , tranquillo in ogni caso

Ho parcheggiato qui il camper la mattina e fatto hiking fino al porto. Son tornato la sera e ho dormito una notte qui, posto meraviglioso!
molto tranquillo, dormito per una notte... durante la notte son salite solo due macchine, coppiette che cercavano un posto per appartarsi, ma sono andate via senza manco fermarsi
El último km está lleno de baches pero llegamos bien con nuestra camper 540. Lugar muy tranquilo con posibilidad de hacer varias excursiones y disfrutar de la puesta de sol.
Stayed one night with van and tent, at a spot further up the street on the left. A few different spots are available. A car came and went in the late evening. Relatiely clean for the south of Italy. Road still bumpy but manageable for vans and cars. Amazing view.
L’accesso per salire più in alto era bloccato con segnali di pericolo quindi non siamo riusciti ad arrivarci. Il vero problema è stato tornare indietro. E vi lascio immaginare come sia stato fare tutta la strada( stretta, piena di curve e buche) in retromarcia con un camper. Alla fine abbiamo optato per un parcheggio vicino al porto che non è stato per nulla brutto.
Strada molto brutta non accessibile a camper di grandi dimensioni. Il posto pur con panorama fantastico é molto isolato e strapieno di antenne

Un peu sale mais tranquil et très belle vue. Parfait pour le coucher de soleil :) Route un peu étroite et accidentée. Il y a des petites souris qui se baladent autour du van la nuit, rien de méchant, on s'était juste un peu inquiètes des bruits qu'on entendait.
Ottimo posto vista golfo e faro. Molto isolato ma sicuro. No acqua. 30 minuti a piedi dal paese. Strada sterrata e dissestata per arrivarci, ma abbastanza ben percorribile.

Spot ottimo per passare una notte, anche in pieno ferragosto è molto tranquillo. Non da troppo l'impressione di stare immersi nella natura selvaggia, data la vegetazione scarsa e un po' secca, ma suggestiva la presenza del faro e la vista mare/montagna bellissima.
Posto tranquillo. Pochi posti in piano. Splendida vista sul golfo di Palinuro. Qualche macchina sale e scende la sera tardi e la mattina presto ma senza disturbare. Strada di non facilissimo accesso per mezzi troppo lunghi

Lieu tranquille et surtout sans bruit au dessus du quartier Belvedere, avec vues magnifiques sur 2 baies. Quasi à 360°. Dans parc naturel. Départs de randonnée et même tables de pique-nique.
Posto tranquillo, nonostante un certo viavai a tarda serata e la mattina presto. Invaso dalle zanzare. No servizi. Nessuna volante della polizia. No riparo dal sole.
We really loved this place, incredible sunset and very quiet. Unfortunately we were awoken loudly at 4am by banging on the van - the local police who told us it was not safe for us to be parked in such an isolated area. It seems from the other reviews this hasn’t happened before so maybe the police will return again in the next few days and then leave it alone again. It was lovely so maybe worth the risk!
Amazing spot if you want to unwind in nature. Peace and serenity surrounds you and the hiking trails lead to beautiful viewpoints around the cliff. Like the other reviews already stated: only a few flat spots and the road to come here is small, steep and full of potholes. Anyhow: totally worth it!
Indeed a very lovely and absolutely quiet spot, ideal for some hiking around the Faro, to Palinuro and its harbour. Not easy to find a flat spot. Just very few people during the day, not one during the night. May become very windy when it storms. No garbage- bins, so take your stuff with you. Beautiful views! The road to this spot is rather steep at entrance, narrow and full of bumps. I just managed to go through with my Campervan (Length 7,5m/Width 2,4m/Height 3,2m/Weight 4,5t). With such Campervan I urgently advice NOT to follow the concrete- road till the lighthouse but park it at the biggest of the few parkings. You don't want to drive this road backwards!
Really peaceful spot. We spent the night alone and there was no trouble. In the morning some locals came around for jogging. Absolute recommendation!
Sehr idyllischer Ort. Sehr ruhig. Unterhalb des Leuchtturms hat man in beiden Richtungen einen grandiosen Ausblick. Oberhalb des ersten Parkplatzes ist noch eine gerade Fläche, auf die ein Camper passt. Oben, direkt unterhalb der Antennen, sind noch weitere Parkplätze, die nicht allzu schräg sind. Wir waren ganz alleine dort und haben eine wunderschöne Nacht verbracht.
Lovely spot with amazing views if you drive 100 meters past the parking spot there is a flat spot with better views. Place has people come by and going all day tho no one bothered us.

Wir verbrachten eine ruhige Nacht in unserem Dachzelt. Kein einziges Auto hat uns nach dem Sonnenuntergang gestört. Nachts hat das Leuchtturmlicht (nicht störend) und der Sternenhimmel etwas mystisches. Wir fühlten uns sicher und konnten in der Natur mit schönen Ausblick frühstücken. Die Straße ist betoniert, etwas uneben. Es gibt nur wenige flache Stellen.
