Large layby mostly flat. Used by lorry drivers. A little noise from the road, but ideal for a stop over. Would definitely stop here again

maractaylor08/06/2025A huge great park up. main layby on the road but a much larger one at the rear with no height or width restrictions. lots of green fields to walk through with plenty of rights of way which will take you for miles. small aerodrome nearby and a fair few private single engined craft in and out but nice and peaceful. could not find a bin so do please take your rubbish with you.

Stayed here for 1 night. There is a main lay-by which had a couple or lorries parked up and then another bit of paved road a bit further back from the road that I parked in. Road busy but quietened down at night. A couple of other vans parked near me also. No facilities and didn't see any rubbish bins so take your litter with you.
