Good spot for self contained motor homes, however car camping is forbidden. We drove a long way to find that out, so hopefully this helps someone else!

Stayed 12/9/24. Part of the Scotland Stay The Night scheme. Payment via the RingGo app. £7, just untick the 2 boxes for SMS reminders 20p each. Perfect location, lovely walks around the forest. Peaceful & quiet. We didn't need levellers here. Would recommended & definitely stay the night again.

Great spot, stayed overnight in my motorhome. Only £7.40, easily done on the app. 4G signal, pretty flat and the added bonus of some great mountain bike trails.

Man darf hier gegen eine Gebühr von 7£ übernachten. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt am Einstieg in ein Mountainbike Trailnetz und bietet damit gute Möglichkeiten zum Mountainbikefahren und Wandern. Es ist hier sehr ruhig, da die vorbeiführende Straße wenig befahren ist.

As the others already noted: great place to stay. No facilities. Quiet. Good dog walks. 7.40£ for one night, payable via the RingGo app. Highly recommended.

We love these forestry stop overs. 1 night stay, no services so you will need to be self contained. Our night was quiet, a large level parking area, nice walks in forest. Great place for a 1 night stop whilst travelling NC500

Das Parken über Nacht ist erlaubt. Wir haben hier eine Nacht geschlafen, es ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Es dürfen maximal 5 Camper pro Nacht auf dem Parkplatz stehen, es wäre allerdings Platz für ca. 15 Camper. Die Nacht kostet 7£ und kann per ParkApp bezahlt werden. Great place to park up. very quiet and only us in a large parking area. you are permitted to stay overnight between April and October in Forrestry commission carparks. Great dog walking place too.

Fantastic spot with MTB trails , peaceful and plenty of space, easy access, only one other van, and best of all, free

A great park up. There was us and a camper van. Very quiet. We woke up to a few mountain bikers getting ready to go on the trails but they were quiet too. A really good, private park up.

This spot was amazing, quiet and tranquil. We had a few neighbours and they were friendly.

First overnight stop on the NC500 Route. Our motorhome and 2 others stayed the night. Good location and very level and quiet. Handy if you have mountain bikes too. Covered by trees so no wind.

First stop on our nc500 trip. Only ones there. Very quite apart from the few cars passing on the road near by through the night

We spent our first overnight away from sites here and loved it! About 5 other vehicles with us but still quiet. Picnic benches nearby for outside eating and trees all round. Mtb trail car park so we left pretty early so not to block a space for those arriving.

Excellent base for the MTB trails. Nice and flat, quiet, and few other over nighters when we were there. Felt a bit mean having all the facilities to have a post ride shower when everyone else was coming back in soaking conditions! Picnic benches, dirt Jump area on site with apple trees around. Full digital tv signal and 4G. Will def come back!

Large gravel carpark with no charge. Overnight parking allowed by Forestry Scotland.

Cracking spot. A bit slopey in some places but enough room for quite a few overnighters. Heavily used by MTB riders at the start of a red route, but if we all share and get on, no dramas

Habe hier eine sehr ruhige Nacht verbracht. Schotter nicht ganz eben.

Schöner ruhiger Platz am Beginn einer Trailstrecke für Mountainbiker. Es sind auch Wege zum Wandern vorhanden. Wir kamen abends gegen 22 Uhr und sind morgens gegen 8 Uhr wieder gefahren. Außer uns und einem weiteren Wohnmobil war niemand dort.

apologies from local mountain bikers. Some of us nightshift workers use this trail through the night. We do our best to keep quiet though

Nice place with picnic benches about 30 mins from inverness. We were the only ones there (mid march 2019). Easily accessible with our 7m long campervan. The car park is for mountain bike trails.
