Wonderfully quiet. Great sleep. Good restaurant very close and also the ski lift restaurant a short walk away. I parked at the Monument hotel which is abandoned. Perfect.

KarelSvojgr17/08/2025Dobré místo, rozhodně sem vyjeďte. Ohromující památník i národní park + čevapi v restauraci hned vedle. Po domluvě jsme na parkovišti bez problémů přespali.
hanmikejolene24/06/2025We spent one night here after visiting the monument and the museum. There's a nice bar and restaurant open until 20:00. We had the area to ourselves after 21:30. Peaceful night. No services so be clean and take everything with you.

Nah am Monument. Nachts wenige Autos. Am Wochenende einige junge Erwachsene, die laut sind, Musik hören und laut reden, Autotüren knallen. Ist aber für so einen Spot an einem Wochenende direkt an der Hauptstraße normal! Sollte man sich aber bewusst sein :) Den Picknickplatz (nebenan) darf man laut Beschilderung nicht mit Fahrzeugen anfahren! Deshalb haben wir ihn gemieden!

Room2Roam03/03/2024We arrived late on a weeknight and stayed in the parking lot directly in front of the information center and cross. Moved the next day to a spot 100m away in front of the Monument Hotel (closed). Better location if you are staying over the weekend (other lots very busy). Monument is impressive and interesting. We stayed in a 9m expedition vehicle.

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung. Haben in der Nähe eine verlassenen Hotels geparkt. Keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten dafür aber kostenloses Übernachten. In der Nähe gibt es ein Hotel/Restaurant.

We stayed right at the closed hotel. Toilets and tap water are available at the monument. There are few food stalls and an open hotel with restaurant, just near by. It was quiet, but not much shadow at the parking lot.

ruhiger Platz vor dem geschlossenen hotel . kostenlos, kein Service. schöner Platz um im Nationalpark zu spazieren/Wandern. Wir blieben eine Nacht, die war sehr ruhig.
