Excellent hard standing car park, flood lit and reasonably quiet as the nearby Rd goes quieter. 1 or 2 cars turn up sometimes with the usual smoochers or teens hanging out, but have never been any trouble or too noisy tbh. Very popular with dog walkers during daylight hrs Please keep the area clean an tidy an if possible do your bit and pic up an litter, there is a bin at the top of the car park
Could park and stay overnight but police may get in for car knocking, understand why you are parking here, but no worries at all, it is legit anyway.
Good safe spot by public park, floodlit all night so very bright and a bit of a noise hum from the nearby motorway but it felt fine as a female alone. A few cars until 9pm or so. Height barrier 2.4m but broken, clearly had been so for some time.
looks like there was an argue between two people about dogs? Later we heard two (warning?) shots. it was in the middle of the day. we looked for an other place.
