La salle de sport est ouverte de 6h00 à 21h00 en milieu de semaine.
et 8h-16h le week-end.
Le café T1 est ouvert du mardi au dimanche de 9h à 17h et les gâteaux et cafés uniquement le dimanche.
Le parking est le plus fréquenté par les membres du gymnase de 17h à 19h en milieu de semaine. Donc si vous pouvez vous garer du côté le plus éloigné de la salle de sport, ce sera génial :).

The gym is open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM midweek
and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends.
The T1 Cafe is open Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and cakes and coffees are only available on Sundays.
The parking lot is busiest for gym members from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM midweek. So if you can park on the side furthest from the gym, that would be great :).

Nach den üblen Erfahrungen in der Gegend um Rhossili ist das eine angenehme Überraschung: der Platz ist nicht weit von einem viel frequentierten Kreisverkehr entfernt. Der vernünftige Preis und die Freundlichkeit des Personals wiegen das auf. Die Nacht war ruhig, die Dusche tipptopp sauber und heiß, das Angebot im vorgeschalteten Café überzeugend. Alles andere als eine Touristenfalle! Mehr davon!
Amazing stay last night, we parked up and in the morning payed for out stay (which was apparently only £5 even for both of us). The only thing is, is that its probably better to sleep away from the outdoor gym side as there was early morning people grunting and using the gym wich kept us up slightly. Amazing stay and would absolutely recommend!!

Only £5 for the vehicle and there's toilets, showers, a nice cafe and nearby walks for the dog. Friendly staff, it's a bit busy with gym goers but nobody bothered us.
Was struggling to find somewhere in the area & found this spot via P4N, great facilities & friendly helpful staff, toilet & showers available 7am-9pm. Pub across the road which serves food & lake to walk around. Only downside is noise from the main road & gym is 24hrs so coming & going all hours which we were warned about! Although can't complain for £5 per vehicle.
As other comments. A great stay for the night - still £5 which is very reasonable indeed as includes use of showers etc. Make use of the cafe which is great and helps to give a little back.
Great place to stay. massive car park for the night. loos and hot showers for a fiver pp in the morning, T1 cafe for breakfast and amazing food and drink. beautiful walks around the lakes and the sea 5 mins away.
Amazing to have access to the gym facilities for only a fiver. Shower brilliant, though toilets could have been cleaner and needed soap/paper restocking. Car park itself is on a main road and open all night, so there were quite a few cars coming and going and people meeting here overnight when I stayed. No issues, but didn’t feel very safe. And good park up but not quite at the 5-star level the other reviews suggested!
Parked here during the day as just nowhere else to fit our motorhome for a rainy day trip to the cinema. Happy to pay £5. Nice big car park. Walked around the lake through the park to the city centre. Thanks for saving the day…
HIGH FIVE! Dieser Parkplatz ist sehr zu empfehlen! 5£ pro Person für 1 Nacht inkl. sauberer, warmer Dusche und WC. Sehr nettes Personal, man ist hier wirklich willkommen. Das Café wartet mit leckerem Kaffee und unter anderem warmen pasties auf. Auch hier ist das Personal, welches sehr auf Sauberkeit achtet, sehr nett. Sauberer Parkplatz, trotz direkter Nähe zur Straße bei Nacht relativ ruhig.
Super friendly greeting from Tre. Easy parking. Slight noise from road and unfortunately an early morning car park visitor with very loud music...shame! Use of lovely shower in the morning. Amazing café with the most fantastic cooked breakfast. Many thanks to Hyve Gym for providing this stop over.
A fantastic nights stay here. Excellent value at just £5 and use of the clean & modern showers/toilets during gym hours. Friendly and welcoming staff (thanks Jade). We had an amazing breakfast in the cafe before we headed off. The homemade beans were particularly tasty. Co-Op nearby and restaurants. All in all a refreshing and great value jumping off point before we headed deeper into mid Wales.
Excellent value for a fiver. Great, friendly staff. Was no problem to have a shower. Quietish carpark enough out of town to escape the pub goers. Fiver, it's a no brainer.
Warm showers (without push button woohoo) in private changing room cubicles with mirror and even a free hairdryer, that works! Brilliant for a stop over and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Well lit area around for a dog walk and small bin down the main road. Cafe shut on a Monday but looks great! Will defo use again if in the area. £5 well spent! Thanks Lew & team :)
Great spot for £5, spent the night here and went into town to do some grocery shopping at the big Asda and catch a movie in the local Odeon. CCTV in the car park, accommodating staff who let you use the showers within gym hours. Lots of space in the car park, no height restriction barriers. Close to a main road but not too noisy. Cafe looks great but was closed for a few days when we visited.
Great stopover. Showers lovely. Car park is sloping but pretty level at the top. Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for you. There is some road noise but had a quiet night. Brewers Fayre across the road. Great value for a fiver!
