Perfectly safe area to park up. Very quiet at night. Outside in the usual park and ride which gets quite busy. If you take the side road off the car park and into the gravel area, it is quieter and protected. Trucks will come and park here too (only two the night we were here) and any overflow from the car park will come during the day.
Easy to find, local shops ok, unfortunately 10 minutes after arriving several youths turned up smoking drugs in the corner of the lot by our motorhome, we didn't feel safe, couldn't open the windows because of the smell so decided to move on

Ich kann alles bestätigen. Sind hier Alleine bei bestem Wetter. Von der Straße bzw. Asphaltiertem Parkplatz nicht wirklich einsehbar. Straße kaum hörbar.
Enter the public tarmac car park then LEFT TURN into the gravel area. It’s flat & away from public view. Two other Motorhome’s and a HGV last night, loads of room. Mostly clean, left alone all night felt safe. Just outside on main road, cafe & bakery. No facilities, but did go to local swimming pool 7 minutes away €4.50 & used showers ;-)
In der hinteren Ecke viele Glasscherben, aufpassen! Geschäfte hier der Hecke werden nachts beliefert - etwas Abstand schadet nicht, wenn man schlafen will...
Waren zum Spiel des FC St. Pauli beim FC Augsburg hier. Ruhige Nacht, gute Anbindung per ÖPNV zum Stadion.

Nice enough park up. Quiet at night trams opposite to get into town. 40 minute walk to Augsburg FC sports arena for football.
Guter Platz !! Sehr zentral
Guter Platz für eine Nacht, direkt an einer Tram-Haltestelle. Ideal für einen Besuch der Stadt. Am Abend wurden wir allerdings von einer Polizeistreife angesprochen und darüber aufgeklärt, dass das Campieren auf dem Platz eine unerlaubte Sondernutzung darstellt. Nachdem wir erklärt haben, dass wir hier nur eine Nacht übernachten und, war alles okay und man wünschte uns eine gute Reise.
